As I walked on the shore
Dreams came rushing as I explore
Seeing my footsteps on the wet sand I adore
Smiling as hope rise in my core

I kept looking at the edge of the sea
Finding what life can bring to me
As I sail with all my hardships-come and see
I can bring the freedom to me and to thee

Waves of obstacles has been testing my dream
Fears under the harsh water destroying what I begin
Water of rejections slapped me hard; it rained
Wanting to give up but I can't-I know I can win

Not so far I see the light

Every obstacles and ocean of cries I give at night
This is the time; the product of hardships. I will be bright
