Avu gathered some courage and moved towards him.

Avu: Hii Sid

Sid didn't reply for a second and Avu clicked her tongue.

Avu: Uh sorry I mean Siddharth

Avu immediately apologized thinking he might have felt bad for calling him by his nickname. Sid who realized it now what she called him earlier immediately shooked his head.

Sid: It's okk. I don't mind you calling me Sid

He said in a low voice while looking anywhere but her. She could not believe her ears. She wanted to make sure it's not a dream or she ain't overhearing things.

Avu: S...sorry?

Sid: Huh? What for? I said it's okk. You...can call me...anything you like. I have....no problem

He said shooking his head. A smile broke out on her face as she felt she went one step closer to him. She is being able to break boundaries which he had formed around him. She was feeling so giddy today and she again felt those butterflies in her stomach which she was often feeling these days. Avu nodded her head.

Avu: Sure

Then they didn't get anything speak further and awkward silence covered them. Avu decided to break it.

Avu: Umm how are you now?

Sid: I don't know

Avu: Oh

Sid: But I think better than before. I feel I am actually getting relieved of stress after sharing with you. Like it's taking time. When I told you everything, I somewhere was worried but now it's making me feel progressing......slowly

Avu nodded feeling contented atleast he was a step ahead than his previous condition. Maybe it was not a very big achievement but for them it was. The way she had seen him previously the first step was also difficult and journey till now for him was quite difficult. But now all she wished was to just end everything and that also as soon as possible. She didn't want to leave any chance to get him back to square one.

Sid: Umm

Avu: Yes say?

Sid: Actually

He was hesitating and not understanding how to say what he wanted to and she understood his condition. She held his hand. For the first time, it was not uncomforting but a very comfortable touch for him.

He just got lost in feeling that touch. She kept waiting for him to continue while he just kept looking at her silently. She shooked his shoulder to get him back into senses.

Avu: Sid are you okk?

Sid: Oh ya. Sorry. I am fine. I just. I don't know

Avu: It's okk. You were saying something

Sid: Me?

Avu nodded.

Sid: Oh yee. I wanted to ask did you think something about my problem?

He said looking down with a hesitation but with a hope in his voice. Avu felt an ache in her heart seeing that hope. But as she kept quiet, he spoke up.

Sid: I am sorry

He said sadly and turned around to leave.

Avu: Sid

His feet stopped in the tracks. She quickly went near him.

Avu: Umm I did think about problem

Sid: Really?

Avu nodded.

Avu: We will work on it and will solve it

Before she could think twice those words left her mouth making her regret the bery next moment. While as soon as he registered her words, a bright smile and shine in his eyes emerged putting more tp her regret.

Sid: Are you serious?

Avu opened her mouth to say something but this time words failed to come out as she witnessed his happiness. So she just nodded.

Sid: So tell me

Avu: Umm let's do one thing. Right now I gotta clean everything and set-up my room as it's Sunday. You come there only after sometime. Let's talk about it comfortably

He immediately agreed to her without thinking. He happily bid her bye and went to his room. While she was mentally cursing herself. She was feeling like to run away from here. But that would break him totally. Now she really needed to think something about this.
