Avu: Hey!! Are you okk?

Sid stood up quickly and picked up his bag to avoid her questions.

Avu: Siddharth. What happened? Are you okk?

She said forwarding hand towards his shoulder but Sid just moved his shoulder back being uncomfortable. She understood and stopped her hand midway fisting it. She dropped her hand down.

Avu: Umm is everything alright?

Sid took a deep breath as he was in no mood of fights early in the morning.

Sid: Look I have told you already....

Avu: (cuts him) Stay away from me. Ya ya I know that. I remember that exactly

She said in a boring tone rolling her eyes. She said sitting on the bench and putting her legs on place to sit. Sid narrowed his eyes.

Sid: If you know it already why the hell are you after me? Don't you understand English? Have you problem understanding such a simple thing? Why the hell don't you just leave me alone?

Avu nodded.

Avu: Nice question. Maybe

She rolled her eyes around.

Avu: Maybe I am interested in you

Sid looked at her with wide eyes.

Avu: Don't even dare to think like that. Ok? Such a boring person you are. Why the hell will I be interested in you?

Sid: Get yourself treated and leave me alone

He said joining his hands in front of her. He shooked his head and started walking out. Avu also ran behind me.

Avu: Oh hello!!! Are you calling me mental or what?

Sid: Then what else should I call you? I even got late because of you for lecture

Avu: Because of me? What do you mean by because of me? It's not like you were going for lecture. You were just sitting and gazing outside the window and crying

Sid stopped and looked at her with frown at the last words. Avu realized what she said in flow. He might be tough but he never showed his soft side to anyone. She just saw his tears by chance and now she knew he is in trouble and wished to help him if she could.

Avu: I am sorry. I didn't mean to hurt you

Sid: Chill. Well you are not the first person to hurt me. I am used to it. But ya you are definitely the first person to see me crying. After my mother

He whispered the last line but she still heard it. She was shocked by his words but composed herself. Sid went and sat in park under a tree. Avu saw him and went and sat beside him. He noticed her presence.

Sid: Can't you leave me alone?

Avu: This college is not your property ok? I can sit or go wherever I want. I don't need your permission okk?

Sid: Arghhh. You are such a stubborn girl

Avu: Whatever. But I am seriously sorry Siddharth. I just felt you are behaving weird so thought to ask if everything is alright. I mean everyone was so excited except you. At first I thought you are not much outgoing person but then it seemed like it's some other problem

Sid didn't say anything in reply. They sat in awkward silence.
