Roronoa Naoise
Title of Fanfic: Adrift [One Piece]
Name: Roronoa Naoise [pronounced Nee-sha)
Age: 26
Birthday: November 17
Blood Type: A
Height: 6'1"
Weight: 179 lb
Hair: Short, layered, green hair, swept back over the crown of his hair
Eyes: Ochre
Crew: Wraith Pirates
Role: Swordsman/Blacksmith
Epithet: Roronoa "Twin Blades" Naois
Bounty: 52, 000, 000
Appearance: Naoise tends to intimidate people upon sight, which is understandable, given his height, build, and severe features. However, his outward appearance closely resembles his personality, and consequently, Naoise is glad for his looks. He's swept back his evergreen hair so as to keep it from falling into his eyes, of the belief that anything obscuring one's vision could lead to a defeat in battle. Consequently, his sharp, ochre eyes are quite visible, and only add to his intimidation factor. His everyday attire often consists of an unassuming black-and-white hooded sweatshirt [a bit like Law's, but without his crew's symbol] and dark gray cargo pants, as well as black-strapped sandals. His twin katanas are sheathed across his back in an X-shape, each housed in gold-inlaid black sheathes, with gold hilts and guards. The katana with the silver-colored blade is Nagareboshi, and its black counterpart is Noborutsuki.
Personality: He's quite brash, often speaking his mind before he's fully considered the repercussions of his words, and brutally honest. He's a no-holds-barred type of guy who'd rather bluntly point out all your faults than help you to realize them yourself, which makes him the exact opposite of Faline. Naoise isn't kind, exactly, but he does soften around certain individuals (Faline being the primary example); for such persons, he'll volunteer to help in almost any endeavor, encourage them to work towards whatever goal they have in their sights, and generally keep them in high spirits if it's within his capabilities. Most of the crew receives this treatment, though only after Naoise has grown accustomed to them. Towards strangers, he's his usual crude self, which tends to keep him from making too many friends outside of the crew.
Preferred Method of Fighting: Much like Faline, he relies on his swordplay in a fight, though he can manage on brute strength alone if it comes to that.
Devil Fruit: N/A
Short History: When he was nine his family arrived on Fortitudo Island, intent on operating their own dojo. It was there that he met and befriended Faline, teaching her his extensive knowledge of swordplay and the like. Aside from the traumatic experience of having Faline's family perish in a house fire, he lived a fairly average life. As he grew older, he took over the dojo from his parents, and Faline became something of a partner for him, helping him to train the young children on the island who wished to learn self-defense.
Dream: He'd really like to become a swordsman worthy of global acclaim, and he thinks he could achieve that with Cat's crew.
Miscellaneous
Likes: Training, spicy food, teaching, kids
Dislikes: Disobedience, failure, something about dolphins
Other: Naoise is the one who found Faline's snake, as well as the Devil Fruit it eventually consumed. He named it Seiya, because he found the little hatchling on a clear, starless night.
