Diana Creston

Fandom: Supernatural

Name: Diana Creston

Nickname: Di-Di (which she resents); D (which she also resents); Creston

Age: 22

Nationality: American

Place of Birth: Anchorage, Alaska

Time Period: Present Day

Religion: Atheist

Sexuality: Heterosexual

Height: 5'7"

Weight: 129 lb

Build: Lean

Hair: Red; lightly curled; cut to shoulder length; often worn up in a knot

Eyes: Caramel brown

General Appearance: Diana's gone beyond caring for her appearance, only really cleaning up when she has to be around the general populace for an extended period of time. She wears her curly hair up in a knot on the side of her head, as it keeps her bangs from her eyes and hides the fact that she doesn't always get a chance to wash it on a regular basis. She's often seen sporting a nasty sunburn, given how naturally pale she is and how much time she spends out in the sun, unprotected. Freckles are dashed across her nose and cheeks, and the backs of her arms and shoulders. Her glasses - a simple black pair - are, more often than not, smudged with fingerprints and the residue of her hunts, whether that be blood or dirt. She's usually seen with her contacts in, but recently she hasn't had the time to visit an optician to renew her prescription. Diana's style consists of durable fabrics and dark colors, not because she necessarily finds them appealing, but because she's figured out they're a necessity while out hunting.

Prominent Features: A long, pink scar on her right shoulder from a mishap while hunting a pack of werewolves; notable, frequent sunburns; glasses

Personality: Diana has a lot of bad habits, from picking fights with anyone and anything that ruffles her feathers to sleeping through her alarm despite years of knowing that being a light sleeper can save your life. She's violent even when not provoked, the type to show affection with punches to someone's arm or hair pulling (though she's usually not trying to cause actual harm). That said, she's a strangely affectionate person, bordering on clingy, which most of her companions don't mind all that much. She has a terrible sense of humor, completely unrefined, and she'll laugh at even the corniest of jokes - sometimes on reflex alone, sometimes because she finds them genuinely funny. However, despite her easy cheer, she's been known to go days without smiling or laughing, whenever she's caught up in her own head, and on hunts especially she'll turn hard and cold even to her closest companions.

History: Diana considers the bulk of her past irrelevant to her current life. What matters to her is that, four years ago, her boyfriend (whom she considered to be the love of her life, and still does) was sacrificed to Boreas, Greek god of the northern winds, by a group of his cultist followers, on his orders. She at first thought they were crazed freaks, and that Boreas himself was some sort of serial killer or something of the like, but when she went to the police, she discovered they could be of no help to her - given that the chief of police was frozen solid. At that point, she was forced to accept the existence of the supernatural, and from then on she's dedicated herself to hunting down Boreas. She met Nikolai "Nick" Petrov and Noah "Nevada" Neilson two years into her life as a hunter, and since then she's teamed up with them whenever she's encountered a job too big to handle by herself while she continues to search for signs of Boreas.

Family: William Creston (father; alive); Cynthia Creston (mother; alive); Joseph Creston (older brother; alive)

Pets: N/A

Occupation: Hunter

Likes: Hunting, long baths, long hair (which has been problematic for her in the past), chess (though she hardly ever finishes a game without throwing a knight or two across the room), early morning runs, long chats with Nevada, training with Nick

Dislikes: Boreas (immensely), Boreas' cult (with equal fervor), getting put out of commission from injuries, sneak attacks, being told to calm down (it never works)

Defining Quote: "True love is like ghosts, which everyone talks about and few have seen" - Francois de la Rochefoucauld

Other: Diana drives a beat-up Toyota Camry that she knows nothing about, and whenever she's traveling with Nevada and Nick they have to beg her to take it to an auto-shop, seeing as they crisscross the country on motorcycles and don't care much for the mechanics of cars
