Don't ask if the shop is closed:
If the shop is closed don't ask for a oc but you can still look.

Don't ask for an oc that's been taken:
If an oc has been taken it is less likely that you are going to get it.

Follow me permanently

Fill in the forms correctly
If you do not fill in the forms correctly you will not

Don't give the OC away without permission
If you do you will be added to the black list
As this is also stealing
