she was very cheerful, always seems to be in a good mood even if upset . she was friendly with those who talked to her, though she did like making jokes about others.She'll take the blame of things so people won't be mad at the other person, or just so people don't point fingers.

After

She calmed down on her cheerful/ childish behavior. Though she loves to play a couple of pranks every now and again. She's very worriedsom when people get injured. Loyal, no matter what Ami would always be loyal to someone. Unless they do something to her breaking that trust. she always focus on the task in hand.

Emiko was always cheerful, even after she was born she had a smile on her face. It was very rare for the girl to ever cry. Though when she did her oldest brother would of done anything to make her happy. Having it been jokes, to taking her out to ice cream. He would of done anything for her. Which Emiko would of done the same for her brother. As growing up the two were very close with one another.

While her and her brother had left to go get ice cream. They had came back later to the house in flames. Unable to save their parents all they could do was watch the house crumble to the ground. News went around about how more and more houses have been burnt. Having her brother get the news about a fire devil around the area. Unable to just sit there he went off to go be a devil hunter. Emiko tried to stop her brother but he was determined. Having to leave her in a orphanage till he was able to get rid of the fire devil. Promising her that afterwards they would get ice cream. He left his jacket with her as he soon left.

So Emiko waited, and waited. Had it been a year since he last left her which made her realized he was never coming back. That he was probably dead out there. Never getting news about her brother ever again all she could assume was his death. She basically wore his jacket almost everyday after that. Refusing to take the thing off unless it was to wash it.

Years passed to her being sixteen as she was out adventuring in the woods. Having not returned to the orphanage as she didn't want to deal with everyone there. While on her adventure she ran across the Plant devil as the devil grabbed her leg with a vine. Having a small talk with the Devil, the devil offered a contract. Emiko immediately took the offer as she wished to help more people out there in the world. Though without being able to hear the consequences of accepted this offer. The Plant Devil soon merged with Emiko , as the devil had promised to take over only half of the body. Which is why a flower was bloomed over her left eye.
