Undertale: Iris is very soft spoken and calm, he rarely ever lashes out and treated all of the monsters with patience and kindness. Even when he first fell down the mountain and everyone hated him, He showed no signs of anger at the monsters, understanding their situation and why they were acting like this. He's also extremely loyal and caring, taking after his ' Mother ' Toriel after being raised by her for a few years. He helps younger and weaker monsters and tends to those who have less then him. But he does struggle a lot with showing his true emotions and how he normally feels, although he's very kind he doesn't talk a lot and it makes him extremely uninteresting to be around and some even think of him as cold hearted since they've never met Iris and had a chance to see his true kind nature because of his cold and quiet demeanor. Which causes a few problems but Iris doesn't mind, he almost always deals with them.

[ positive traits]: Iris is very kind and sweet, always helping out when he can and helps Toriel around the house. While he isn't that popular among most monsters he never holds a grudge and tends to use kindness more then violence in extreme situations.

[ negative traits ]: Because of Iris quietness and inability to talk to others that well, most of the townsfolk avoid him and even gossip about him because they think he's coldhearted, Iris is also very bad at expressing how he truly feels, putting others before himself and hurting himself sometimes in the progress. Some monsters even say he's unbearable to be around because he's extremely indecisive, Quiet and rarely shows to much emotion or expressions, and to some monsters it's infuriating, causing a lot of people to dislike Iris even though he means no harm.

Underswap: Iris is way better at saying how he feels in this Au. He's always jumping around and hanging out with swapSans, he loves hanging out with people and talking to those he trust. Though due to this a lot of people find him a little annoying and unbearable, and Iris cares a lot about what others think of him, causing this kind and caring demeanor to be switched to being extremely rude and snappy, or turning into a complete and utter crybaby on the spot. He's extremely sensitive and tends to hide his flaws and blame them on others, not waiting to take the blame and everyone to hate him. But for the most part he's extremely bubbly and happy, though he doesn't know how to deal with people who are hurt or sad, he gets uncomfortable and leaves the situation as soon as possible.

[ positive traits ]: He's extremely bubbly and fun and a lot of monsters like him, especially ones that have carefree personalities like Sans or Grillby. He loves making others laugh and tries his best to keep a good social record, he's always laughing or giggling about something, he loves making the younger monsters have fun and works as a full time clown to amuse the younger monsters and other townsfolk.

[ negative traits ] While Iris almost always seems to be absolutely delightful to be around, that's not always the case. Because of his bubbly nature a few monster folk cannot stan him and tell the other monster about everything wrong with Iris. And since Iris is extremely sensitive about what others think about him this can send him spiraling into a state where he doesn't know what to do and becomes extremely snappy and loses all of his patience, not letting people finish their sentence and cutting them off if they say something the slightest bit offensive towards him.

Underfell: Iris is extremely jumpy and untrusting in this AU. He's scared of almost everything and everyone, although he wants peace between monsters and humans he's extremely scared of the thought of death and tends to not hang around the monsters to much, he only hangs out with flowey and Muffet [ somehow managing to not end up on the girls dinner table after befriending majority of her spiders ]. He's extremely careful and tends to stay quiet for his own good, but he's become a lot sadder and lost all hope of going back to the human world after being found by sans and Papyrus, currently living with the two and doing cores for them so he doesn't end up as Spaghetti with Human Eyeball dinner.but he's also extremely gentle to those he trust, like flowey. Going out of his way and almost getting himself killed to give water to the poor withered plant, and putting his life on the line to defend the small flower as well. He's very sweet but doesn't express it a lot do to constant fear of being eaten, you can't show weakness like kindness in a world like that.

[ positive traits ]: Iris is extremely loyal and sweet, and takes care of his very few friends with everything he's got. He also craves peace between monsters and humans and has a way with words that helps him befriend some of the once filled with hatred monsters, but it would take him a very long time before he could walk the streets of snowdin without feeling a single drop of fear.

[ negative traits ]: Iris is extremely weak physically and mentally, so even if he needed to fight he couldn't, being to weak to do so. He's also extremely squeamish and doesn't know what to do when under pressure, do to this he's extremely vulnerable when it comes to violence and mental manipulation, which is extremely dangerous when you're living in a place like underfell.

Undertale: Olivia is very bubbly and sweet, she loves talking with others and feeling included. Due to her memory loss she forgot what she used to be like and was confused when monsters kept looking at her with mournful faces whenever she went into snowdin [ she doesn't care as much now- ] . She loves being around others and gets clingy with those she finds the most dear, she's the type of friend you can talk to and she'll listen and comfort you when you need it. She tends to hide her own emotions but sucks at it as you can whenever she's feeling sad by her droopy wings and nervous smile. She's a person you can count on to be there and a friend you can have fun with when you're bored!, a lot of monsters in snowdin say there's never a dull moment when you're around her, which can cause some trouble causing a few people in snowdin to stay away from her. But majority doesn't mind the lively girl staying around and having some fun.

[ positive traits ] She's a good listener and great at cheering people up wether they're bored or sad, She loves talking to people and she's great at keeping a conversation but she does talk a lot. She's also really nice to younger monsters and takes them on journeys earning herself a good reputation

[ negative traits ] As stated before, Olivia talks a lot and a few monsters tend to avoid her for this. She also bottles up her emotions and when confronted about it she'll panic and try to change the subject. She likes to deal with her own emotions by herself causing her to push away people she loves, thanks to this a few of her friends tend to avoid her when she's in a state like that to avoid any arguments between them. She also has memory loss so she doesn't know who her parents are and no one in town dares tell her, she convinced herself that they left her so she gets a little sour at the mention of others parents or her own.

Underswap: Olivia is waaaay quieter in this au, she keeps to herself and hates being stared at and tends to let loose of her emotions when she's sad, bailing out in tears if she's ever unhappy. She's also very stand off-ish and kills the mood a lot with her depressive behavior, a lot of people tend to avoid her for this but a few stick around to try and help the poor girl get a better hold of her emotions. And just like undertale Oliva she has very bad memory loss, which causes her to become frustrated and have episodes out of pure anger. But deep down Oliva just wants someone she can talk to about her emotions, she hates bottling them up but she's afraid she'll be judged.

[ positive traits ] Theres not many but Oliva is very good at telling when others are unhappy, she doesn't know how to deal with others being sad but she'll at least notify someone close to the person that is unhappy that there feeling that way. She also gets into very little trouble and has a good reputation when it comes to not causing a ruckus, which Muffet is thankful for since Oliva is a frequent visitor there.

[ negative traits ] Ah the list could go on and on- Olivia is very bad and handling her emotions when she's unhappy and will spiral out of control, she's very quiet and sucks at communicating causing people who want to help her get frustrated really quickly and give up, she doesn't know how to keep a conversation and kills the mood completely on accident which causes her to stay away from people to avoid making them unhappy, she also cares a lot what others think of her and never goes out of the way to draw any attention to her, becoming uneasy if everyone's eyes are on her to for long. She also has very little friends so she can't go to anyone if she's feeling unwell and she lives alone in complete silence thanks to not having any parent nor friends, but she tries her best to get better everyday. All she wants is a true friend, but she doesn't know how to get one.

Underfell: Olivia is also very quiet in this au, but she's not as jumpy as her underswap self. She stays in hiding and avoids coming across any monsters for her on safety. Since she is half human monsters immediately feel the need to attack her, before coming to realization that she's part monster as well,, a lot of monsters get confused because of this but attack her anyways out of pure fear and anger of their hatred for humans. She also stays away because of her status, she knows about her past unlike her other au selves thanks to toriel telling her. She rarely goes out of hiding but only in her monster form, to trick dumber monsters into thinking she's fully harpy. She only goes to muffet's cafe since she's lesser know then grillby and not many people come around those parts. She's also very serious and less joyful unlike her undertale self,, but deep down, she just wants peace between humans and monsters so she can walk to streets of snowdin without feeling uneasy.

[ positive traits ] Shes very good at combat, so if push comes to shove she knows how to slice a few monsters or two. She's also very quiet and great at hiding and staying in the shadow's, you can't exactly walk around snowdin being half human half monster and expect not to get ambushed. She's also extremely smart and studied about different monsters and what weaknesses they have to certain weapons or items, she carries around at least three or four weapons with her at all times,, better safe then sorry.

[ negative traits ] This isn't really her fault.. But,, Do to her family being royals she has a really high assassination bounty thanks to Asgore wanting to murder all humans for what they have done. Which is extremely dangerous since now every monster in snowdin is out to get your head, thankfully. Asgore doesn't know she's part monster and they are currently looking for her all human form and not her half form or full monster form.

- [ this is more 'cannon' since it's apart of her backstory ] Olivia used to be a royal, she was born from an extremely powerful Harpy woman and a human man who was once apart of the army, She used to be babysitted by toriel and hung out with Asriel and Chara. But due to the war her mother was killed trying to seek shelter and her father had to watch in horror before being dragged back up to the mountain and back into the human world before they banished the monsters to the underground. During the battle, when Olivia's mother dropped dead,, she was dropped and hit her head on he ground before tumbling into a deeper part of the underground. She was found by Toriel after the poor goat woman searched all day and night for the half harpy child, promising Olivia's mother that she would take care of her. Thankfully,, Toriel found Olivia in a ditch and brought her back to safety, she raised Olivia the best she could before the girl disappeared in her bed one day,, Olivia had run away and started living on her own in the woods. Majority of her childhood was blurry thanks to Olivia hitting her head so she doesn't remember that Toriel used to take care of her and only remember's herself staying in the woods. Toriel let her be however, knowing it would only cause more trouble if she tried to get Olivia back, not wanting the girl to know about her sad backstory.
