{TW: This one-shot will include d£ath, and just failed angst in general. It'll transition to fluff at the end though!}

This is what will most likely happen when the story (aka I make different OC's or something) ends, it'll never actually be shown in general, but I wrote it anyway :)

P.O.V: 3rd Person

The guardians were.. well fighting, It was their usual. They would fight whenever they had a chance too.. They wouldn't fight in private actually, it was all just for show for reasons that the common people will probably never know. Keisha, who never had an important role here, but was still August's best friend, was just about always there to watch this happen. It was confusing to her as to why the Guardians would be so hostile with each other despite being siblings. Keisha leaned against the wall, getting tired of standing here for almost half an hour waiting for these two to stop fighting. She knew it was no use trying to stop it from happening, they were way more powerful than her anyway.. They both had stopped yelling after a few minutes.

P.O.V: Keisha (Wow such new thing)

'Finally.. I thought this would never end..' I thought to myself, as I stared at the two who'd finally stopped fighting. They should honestly be give the world record for 'most fights a day' or something. It sucks sitting myself through this torture.. I saw as the two chatted for a few minutes, before August left and came my way, and Everest tried to get her attention and say something, but miserably failed and left herself too. Seems like August really ignored her sibling huh.. no wonder they fight a lot.

"Oy, Earth to Keisha? You here?" 

I snapped out of my train of thoughts after hearing August's slightly concerned voice. "..Yeah I'm here, why do you ask?" August didn't make eye-contact with me, and finally spoke after a minute of silence. "So.. I have to explain something to you. Everest and me spoke about this. I think it's about time you know." I just looked at her, a confused and slightly concerned expression probably visible on my face. "..What do you mean exactly? Know about what? And why are telling me only now??" August shushed me. "Just come on idiot, you'll know once I tell you. Everest is telling someone else too. So you'r not alone." She stated, as she dragged a very confused me across the room and suddenly teleported to her house. I wonder why she dragged me if she could just teleport.

She sat me down on her couch, and went in the kitchen, I just grabbed a book off her centre table, and started reading it. Something about magical tree's and skeletons. Huh. She came back right when I peeked over the book to see if she was here, so I kept the book down, and she kept some snacks and drinks down on the table. Is this explanation of something really going to be a long one? If so.. I want out already..

P.O.V: August (Yay more P.O.V's!)

I kept some snacks on the table, and she looked at them, then looked at me. I knew she probably knew just because of that, that this is going to be a long day.. I feel sorry for er, she is a very confused young lady, and I just dragged her here to explain how she's going to be a future guardian.. She's going to take on my powers, while Saza, my sister's best friend is going to take hers. I just hope my sister knows how to explain this a lot better than I do.. Either way, I think I should begin ehehe.. cuz I can see that Keisha was already getting impatient and confused as ever. 

"So,, you know how guardians die after a certain amount of time, right Keisha? I mean I've explained to you.. so I expect you would know." She nodded, grabbing some Osmania biscuits, and keeping those beside her, I had to contain a giggle, cuz I knew those were her favourite. I sighed and resumed the explanation. "So.. get this.. Basically, my time is coming, along with my sisters. And you are going to take on MY powers, by taking this little necklace made of my power when I die." I then pull out a necklace out of nowhere. It had a silver rose on it, and it was silver-y itself. It looked cool, and I like eating rose petals, so I chose that flower.

She stared at the necklace, then me, then the necklace, then me and so on so forth. Then she stared at the ground. I knew I broke her, so I just grabbed some brownies for the time being, and ate those. I think I shouldn't have told her this so casually, but either way, it's fine. I put the necklace in one of my pockets, and continued eating, waiting for Keisha to be alive again. Most guardians die without choosing a 'heir' to their power, but some choose one, and my sister and I decided to choose as well, as our days were coming closer and closer to an end. It'll be quite a weird death day for us, because we'll basically have to kill each other. When we die, we won't go in a void or something, we'll just remain on the earth, as a 'ghostly spirit figure' that only the guardian can see, that too once, when being transitioned power from a previous guardian. We'll most likely be in a child form, god knows why, but we most probably will. I then heard a quite noise, and looked over to see Keisha.

Keisha finally recovered from the shock, as she sat up straight, and pushed some Osmania biscuits into her mouth, and said something muffled. I guessed it was probably something about this mess of a explanation, and I just sat in silence, waiting for her to finish eating.

P.O.V: Keisha (Yeee)

I was standing outside the twins house with Saza, who was chosen to be a guardian by Everest as well. I was listening to her excited rambling, when we suddenly heard some loud fighting and all going on inside. I flinched, and Saza just looked at the house. I think she knew what was going on, but I truly didn't (August didn't tell her about the fighting.. screw you August). I just stood there, looking at Saza, who looked kinda down all of a sudden. I had no idea what was going on still, and I was getting more impatient and confused by the second. "Saza, why are you looking so down all of a sudden? Did something happen?" I asked her, a bit concerned. Saza looked at me as if I was mad. "..Did she not tell you this happens when they fight to well, their death?" She whispered, just enough for me to hear. My eyes might as well have popped out of my head, cuz I started panicking, and Saza just hugged me, in an attempt to calm me down. It worked, for now..

*Thud*

We both heard a loud thud, it was scaring me more and more by the second, and by the looks of it, Saza too. She looked like she wanted to cry.. I hugged her and comforted her as much as I possibly can. "Don't worry Saza, it's fine.. this was bound to happen someday.. right?" She just wiped her tears away. "..Yeah but why now? I don't want this, I never wanted this! I only want my best friend.." I rubbed circles in her back. "Me too Saza, me too.." We just stood there for a whole minute or two, comforting each other. It may have looked quite weird, being out on the street, but luckily no one was there..

When all the noise seemed to be over, we decided to go in the house, Saza creeping after me, reasonable seeing that she was scared. We searched every room we could, and then slowly creeped over to the bathroom. It was so.. deafeningly silent. Oh I hated it so much, but we both had no choice but to walk through the entire house to try and find them. We both opened the bathroom door, only to find those two well.. d£ad. I felt hot tears swarm up in my eyes just at the sight of my best friend lying there, lifeless. Saza was sobbing as well, she tried her best to control herself, but we both know we would never be able to control out emotions at a time like this.

(⚠️Warning⚠️Detailed D£ath.)

August, was lying in the corner of the bathroom, she'd crawled over there by the look of the floor, as to die alone, leaving a trail of her Crimson blood behind. She had a massive hole where her stomach would be, and one in her head as well. They both were leaking blood like crazy, the blood seeping into the drainage. In those holes, were thorny plants, that looked somewhat like tentacles, that was Everest's attack. She had blood leaking out of her mouth as well, it was disturbing, so I eventually looked the other way.

Everest on the other hand, was bleeding everywhere, massive blood leakage. She was surrounded by white glitched around her, enabling us to not be able to see her properly. THAT was August's attack. Guess they both did kill each other huh..

(⚠️Warning over⚠️)

I went over to August, and got her rose necklace, Saza seeing this, went over to Everest and got hers, which had a green colour, and a tulip in place of the rose. We both got up, backing away, as he bodies of our best friends suddenly dusted away, the blood disappearing along with it, leaving the both of us incredibly confused. We both looked at each other, and then left the house, in silence. I held out my hand to Saza once we got out, and teleported us both to the main part of the city, where everyone would usually be. They seemed to have gotten the hint that something had happened to the two, somehow. We walked over to my house, still silent, just.. thinking. I already miss her.

P.O.V: 3rd Person

The two girls had reached Keisha's house, They intended to try on the necklaces there. The thought of being guardians scared them, they knew absolutely nothing about this.. 'Why did the two choose them?' was the only thing they could think about. It scared them even more that maybe they would become hateful and be bad people one day cuz of the sheer power they're getting. Keisha seemed to be the one suggesting something, as to try it on at the same time and see what happens. The two were crying, again, this scared them, no TERRIFIED them. This was too much, but they decided it was meant to be anyway.. Why would they choose them if they weren't good enough.. right?

They gave each other a final look, before nodding to each other, and putting it on.

A white light flashed, blinding the two of them, a ringing in their ear for a few minutes along with it. The white slowly faded away, the both of them finding themselves together in different clothing, feeling.. new. Their eyes has changed colour, their newfound magic filling their body.Their hair had highlights accordingly. The two then could finally see properly, and inspected each other, and then looked around, seeing all the past guardians crowding them, young, old, and what not. All of the seemed.. happy, content with life even. They walked around a bit, the old guardians giving them a pitiful look. Perhaps they knew that these two were mere mortals, unimportant, useless even before this. They then saw someone they both recognised.

(⚠️FLUFF⚠️)

The twins.

They were.. children. Everest seemed to be asleep on August's lap, crying tears of.. happiness. Another guardian spirit, the guardian before the twins, sitting beside them. The olden spirit were lulling the two to a blissful sleep, one they'd never had before.. It seemed so.. peaceful. August was petting her sisters, head, pecking it, and crying herself, It seems the two sisters have finally come to a much wanted peace, and that the olden spirit had seen them as their children. 

They looked like a peaceful family indeed.

The two couldn't help but smile at the sight, as the guardians slowly faded away, The two twins gave them one last look before heading off to a much needed sleep.

The two finally felt complete.
