Backstory

She lived in Canada orginally but moved to America when she was 15 for unknown reasons where she met her father (She didn't know at the time) but her saw her  mother in her and knew instantly that she was his daughter, he wanted to make sure first, after finding out her mother was a HYDRA agent he ran another test for superhuman ablities which are superspeed .
