Background History: she grew up with a loving family but wasn't that rich so her parents worked often and didnt get back till 8 so she learned how to cook herself although when her parents did get home they taught her something "focus on the good not the bad it doesn't do anything to mope around" she thought more about it and started being a positive thinker. She discovered her quirk on Christmas when she got excited about a present and literally started shining. When she was little she used her quirk to blind some bullies to help a kid escape they ended up getting away and became good friends, his name is James and he's from America and was being made of for being the new kid.

Relationships: she loves and cares for her friends, wants to help her family out as much as possible.

Quirk Description: she can make rays of light come out of her body which can be concentrated into a blinding light

Strengths Of Quirk: can blind opponents to give a chance to attack and can be concentrated into rays of light which burns upon touch like a fire, not as hot at first but the more concentrated it is, the thinner but hotter it gets.

Weaknesses Of Quirk: can get heat stroke if hit with the ray back or uses flashback for too long can also cause dehydration, and burns on hand (from the special moves)

Special Move/Ultimate Move: (Only 3) Vampiric Light- causes a flashbang that burns when the light hits causing a daze. Heat ray-she focuses all her light into a small ray that burns at 1000 degrees but the longer she uses it the more it burns her hands. Angelic Light- she can heal herself and teamlights on touch with the light but it takes up energy to do but not much

Weapons and gadgets: a mirror so that she can deflect her light, she would place it somewhere to use it later or use it to peek around corners.
