Info: Riot is not a Decepticon or Autobot, hes a bounty hunter (or at least from the start) who only works for the highest bidder. He was sent to kill both Megatron and Optimus and has gotten close to multiple times leaving them most of the times with lost limbs and leaking energon but depending on the roleplay he joins one the sides only temporarily. He is a very strong bot, able to take on the likes of Grimlock and defeating him a few times, even taking on Trypticon and destroying him from the inside out (or just a random titen as powerful at him), and hes a very fast able to keep up with the likes of Starscream even when both are in vehicle mode.

When joining one of their sides-

Decepticons: 

He is respected within their ranks and know to be there most powerful asset in combat mostly sent out to deal with titans or combiners and if they need help on the battlefield. He is close friends with most of the Decepticons even after he raided there base before and beat them all up and Megatron even though salty still respects him and even has him as a bodyguard and replacement for Starscream as 2nd in command if Starscream ever died and sometimes has Riot punish out of line Decepticons. And if needed Riot may become the next Decepticon leader. 

Autobots:

Riot is mostly not liked by the other bots with most of them fearing him, except Optimus and Ultra Magnus. They both see the good in him and as a great asset to the Autobot cause.

Height: Bigger than most bots and even bigger then Grimlock but not massive like Devastator or Metroplex.

Human Height: 7'0

Powers:  Super Strength, Super Speed, transforming (has multiple weapons built into him), regeneration, forcefield, weapon creation (can create any weapon he desires), and inorganic physiology. 

Skills: Fighting, weapon creation, planning, strategy, warfare, and many other things involving fighting.

Items:

This is like Sun Wukong's pole weapon, it can become as big as mountains or smaller then even humans. Even when bigger then mountains Riot can still carry it.

He keeps these blades inside his arms, he only uses them for close corners combat or to climb.

He has grappling hooks to swing around or to be like Kratos and use them to kill and climb onto big giant creatures or bots like Trypticon.

Weaknesses: If there are multiple people like say 7 or more that he has to face against he will probably lose with how many there are.
