He is a speedster with great power and is even shown to be faster then the abstract concept of speed itself, he is a intelligent killer that has built multiple machines and items that could even defeat beings that could threaten the universe.

He wants everyone to know he's better then them and has ego problem not wanting them to die immediately but brags about him being better then them.
