Info: He is the most powerful Abstract Concept ever. No one and I mean no other Abstract Concept has reached his level of power ever. He is powerful enough to take down Sandman in his Avatar Form with ease and in his Devil form could take on every Abstract Concept all at once with relative ease. He has thought about killing all the Abstract Concepts and becoming the only Abstract Concept but he saw there uses to him so he keeps them alive.

While yes there are multiple mini hell's for each universe with each having there own devil he is the true Devil. If he sees a devil not running there hell right he will fight that devil in a gruesome death battle. No one has ever won against him at all with him then destroying that hell and all its demons and making a new one in its place. He believes in the strong shall rule and the weak must serve the strong.

Before becoming a Abstract Concept he was a Angel aka beings more powerful then The Abstracts. He was the right hand of God but always questioned his methods of why he treats creation so kindly instead of how a king should. He later rebelled against God with many other angels but lost the battle and him and his followers were sent down to the lowest pits of creation even below the Infinite Narrative Stack. He later climbed his way to the top going into the current Narrative layer and even had a kid. 

Besides that he actually is a pretty peaceful guy or well his Avatar form is. He enjoys reading to when he's not fighting. He also smokes in his past time when board or when he feels like it.

Avatar Powers: Extreme Super Strength, Extreme Super Speed, Weapon creation, soul manipulation, Create Voids, use demon magic, rewrite the all laws and rules, controlling anti-matter (can destroy matter), 4th wall breaking, and laser eyes and breath laser.

Devil Powers: Previous abilities but infinitely stronger, flight, creation, destruction, reality manipulation, resistance to all Abstract Concept abilities, can feed off any evil on his opponent and become stronger and even make a evil clone that's stronger than his opponent, hell fire, Inorganic physiology, mind control, Intangibility, Elemental manipulation, Telepathy, Telekinesis, Chaos manipulation, Life manipulation, Death manipulation, Biological manipulation, Time manipulation, and Time Travel.

True Form Powers: Previous abilities but beyond infinitely stronger, All Abstract Concepts abilities but stronger, able to delete anything (doesn't matter if they can comeback from soul deletion, existence erasure, story eraser, or there just avatars he will delete them until there is nothing left including there memory of them. Nothing and I mean nothing besides Xeno has survived this or will survive it), can make beings weaker than him lose their minds even if they don't have minds just from them looking at him, and adaption to basically anything.

Skills: Fighting for before any form of time even existed and even then continued to fight for eons and eons, tactical fighting, all forms of combat, making a cool entrance, and choosing the perfect songs for his battles.

And a crown, he just likes wearing it sometimes including after defeating someone and no it doesn't even do anything.
