(This character was created for my acting class, I liked her as a character and decided to develop her more into an OC. The backstory is what I wrote for my class and the photo is of my costume when I was playing her. I will draw her some point, she's not a self insert, but the photo is of me.)

Description: Sam is a pretty selfish character. Her childhood was good and she has a loving sister and parents, she views her mother as overbearing and has often referred to her as a helicopter parent to her friends, even though all she wants her to do is to let her know when she's staying out late so she can know she's safe. She hates the fact that her life is uninteresting so often subconsciously interprets things in a very specific way to make herself out to be a victim., often going as far as to tell people her family is abusive in order to garner sympathy from them.

She loves music, and is sometimes pretentious about it, claiming to have more unique and superior music taste to others and often calls pop music trashy and basic. Her preferred styles are metal, rock, emo and indie. She also plays bass guitar and drums, but is still a beginner at both.

From a young age, her and her sister were compared a lot, as they look very similar and Sam was often jealous because she views Charlie as a better version of her. That's why she recently changed her style, cut her hair and started performing much lower in school, despite being very bright. She wanted so desperately to seperate herself from her sister. She often resents her sister for being so "perfect" even though her and her parents are very kind and accepting of everything Sam does.

Although she's a huge pain to her family, and she often lies and acts like a poor little victim in the most annoying way possible to her friends, she also can be chill and fun to be around if she's in a good mood. She does however have a bad habit of constantly wanting to be the centre of attention, while claiming that she just wants to be left alone *sad face*. She can also be very defensive when she's upset and tends to overreact when people are critiquing or confronting her.
