Is it weird that I almost never see straight characters?

 Appearance: Different shades of peach and tan scales orange underbelly Icy blue horns a sky blue spikes light tan wings blood red wing membranes (floppy wing parts) dark yellow eyes and really light tan claws 

Nice description but, you need more detail on size and shape. I have no idea whether she has big skywing wings, multiple horns, long of short claws. Detail on that is good, especially with hybrids.

 Personality: Kind Clever Smart on the outside dark scary slightest bit crazy on the inside 

Short personality, kind of contrasting though. Does she like... pretend to be smart and kind? Idk.

Powers: Smoke breath, Good flyer, and her scales are kind of cold 

Is the smoke because of ice and fire? Eh makes sense I guess. Just keep in mind that hybrids are usually weaker than normal dragons.

Residence: Near the SkyWing kingdom 

Nice, good to see something that's not JMA or Possibility. Just one questions don't skywings hate abnormalities? Why would they hire her to be a teacher?

 Family: Quartz (dad) basically looks like her but colors swapped around so a bunch of different light blue scales blue underbelly peach horns tan spikes try's to be fun but ends up getting bored sometimes actually is fun though also when he tries to be "fun" all he does is try to teach Fire Opal to fight ,

 Enemies: Probably her parents and maybe others everyone else avoids her or doesn't even know her honestly most people don't know her

 Backstory: When young she went to a SkyWing school most of them would laugh and tease her but she wouldn't let them when in Collage she was still being teased so she wanted to become a teacher so no one would tease her so when she got older she started realizing being a teacher isn't as amazing as she thought every time she got home she would dream she had someone to talk to so she got a parrot she would've had a pet mouse to keep her company but her mouse died when she was two her parents passed on the next year (I mean like once she turned 95 her parents died) so she decided to make the most of it she still teaches at Pinecone Academy

God her parents are old... 

Anyways...

Why... why would they let her in school, why didn't she retire, where did she just magically find a parrot store, and what made her think being a teacher makes nobody hate you...? Just some of my questions, overall, eh. Decent backstory I guess.

Good things: A NOT TOTALLY TRAGIC BACKSTORY THAT IS STILL KIND OF INTERESTING. It is a bit confusing but it's a nice backstory.

Bad things: you need more detail. I'm sorry but it's very hard to get any good information out of your response.
