Unfortunately, if Lennie wasn't kidnapped, he'd still be abused and suffering back in Australia. There's not much else to say about that.

Auggie would just be having a normal life with his parents and sister. As an Outsiders OC, his dad was an alcoholic and his sister died soooooo possible angst?

Michael:
Like Auggie, Michael would be back home with his parents and siblings having a normal life, most likely unaware of Zaida's and everyone else's existence.

Candy:
Candy would be back at home recovering from his trauma, possibly with his birth mother but if not, then in foster care.

Xavier:
Xavier would also be having a normal life with his parents and his younger brother Roman who I completely forgot about up until now-

Again, normal life at home, but Alex would probably be on commercials and on tv because of his hair-
