Yuu Moveset

Tossing shoes at his foes is his main method of attacking. It can be chained into a combo. The damage output is relatively low, but it provides a small amount of knockback. Yuu's build is based on keeping foes far from himself or his partner, which makes him a good partner for particularly vulnerable characters.

He juggles a soccer ball, bumping it from his feet to his knees, hitting it with his head once, and then kicking it into his foe. It deals more damage than the shoes and provides even more knockback, but takes five seconds and cannot be chained into a combo. "Hey, I've still got it!"

Stabbing his opponent with an awl is his strongest attack by far, and it leaves the foe stuck in place/vulnerable for five seconds, but it cannot be chained into a combo. It also scares him (he takes a second to shudder), so his attack power will decrease by 2% every time he uses it (capped at 0.8x).

He sets up a workbench and starts sanding an in-progress shoe. It acts as a one-sided barricade, preventing opponents from getting across that way. It cannot be broken, but it only lasts for twenty seconds, and it leaves him vulnerable from the other side. It cannot be set up over a ledge to prevent someone from getting back onto the stage. "Don't breathe sawdust!"

Due to his detail-oriented nature, he can buff a move for his partner. It will either raise its damage to 1.2x, or, if it's a prone move, make it last 1.2x as long. This buff will last until he chooses to buff a different move, since only one can be buffed in this manner at any given time. "Hmm... Try this," or "That move has potential."

Ultimate Move: Custom-Made. Yuu pulls out a wrapped present (two, if they're for his foes), and gives it/them away. Whoever receives it opens it and finds a pair of shoes.

With most partners, the shoes go to his foes. They have gum on them, and for the rest of the game, his foes will occasionally get stuck in place for two seconds. "I made these for you. Stick around, why don't you?" Obviously said in a cocky manner.

With Haruto or Sayuri, the shoes are perfect and fit well. They gain a 25% speed boost for two minutes or until they lose a stock. "I put my all into these." He seems bashful when he admits this.
