hi Vivie was woken up in 2019 instead of 2018

Steve and probably some others raided a HYDRA base and Vivie was woken up and escaped with one of the scientist dudes

Steve saw but he wasn't able to go after them so he just hoped it was a Bucky Ellie 2014-2016 situation

all records were destroyed and he obviously didn't know it was Vivie cause he'd obviously never seen Vivie

Vivie was abandoned by said scientist
