tw: mentions of cults, weapons and murder

samantha doesn't tell anyone this, but she helped with the fbi siege against the cult she grew up in. they sent a (very detailed) tip on the cult's weaknesses, location, members and fighting style. after that, lucian asked to see her and the fbi used her as a negotiator, to try to take them down from the inside. samantha would've done it anyway, but the fbi told her that if she didn't help them, they could prosecute her for crimes she committed while in the cult (including being an accessory to a murder, criminal possession of a weapon, etc). realistically, they knew that they wouldn't be sent to prison for crimes they committed when they were literally six years old, but they wanted to help anyway.
