Continuity: Transformers: Prime AU (Arachnid and the Insecticon hive take control of Earth and Cybertron.), then later jumps dimensions.

Despite being older than twelve Predacon clones combined, Hailstone has a juvenile swing to his actions. When he's not needed on the battlefield, he is cuddled up in a dark corner watching movies. Human movies.

For whatever reason these movies fascinate him to the point of exchanging credits to get his claws on film archives just so he can binge watch them all. It's not healthy.

Hailstone has fought in enough battles to have tactical experience but doesn't have the size to overthrow enemies with the swing of his tail. This results in a lower self-esteem but a fierce warrior who thinks before he acts (unlike most Predacons).

He doesn't know Shockwave, having only heard stories told by others around him. This could make for an interesting first encounter if he ever were to meet the unethical scientist with one optic and a uniboob.

Weaknesses:
Hailstone has fuel rigidity.., what is that? Well, fuel rigidity can be a result of numerous medical issues but ultimately makes his reflexes freeze when spurred by emotional signals.
Think of it like this, if Hailstone were to be unsuspecting of a jump scare and surprised by an enemy lunging at him from the shadows, his fuel lines and motor functions would freeze, stopping him in place like a statue.

With Hailstone, there is only two things you should never do. One, do not surprise him, and two, never turn off his movie in an attempt to make him pay attention to you.
