Cornelius is first seen in Transformers Prime: Legend of the Guardianos during Silent Shadows interrogation and he also freed Rainstorm after confirming that Silent Shadow had won versus Retrocharger.

Cornelius is tier 2, retains a humanoid appearance, and saves his own life by agreeing to spy and collect information from his family and give it to the neutrals.

Cornelius, Silent Shadow, and Retrocharger are the only Guardianos that are spared from the extinction of their traditions and Guardianos as a whole.
