"Home": Aeria's mind

History: When Aeria was hit by the piece of the Overlord's power mixed with a bit of Golden Power, the resulting "Diluted Dark Matter" created an entirely different power within her that manifested itself into a separate personality that was later dubbed "Darkstorm." Initially, Darkstorm worked with Pythor since he built her a physical body and promised vengeance on Aeria and the ninja, but was later betrayed when her ambitions were to only destroy Aeria since she didn't want to have to return to her mind and her plans didn't fall into line with Pythor's plan. After joining back with Aeria to save the city from the mountain's destruction, Aeria and Darkstorm, later nicknamed Storm, worked out an agreement to where Darkstorm would be allowed to emerge from within Aeria during combat.

During Blast to the Past, Storm grows more restless from being let out less and less after their encounter with the Time Twins. When she is extracted from Aeria by the Time Wraith, Storm has a hard time adjusting to having her own emotions and control over two powers since she was given both of Aeria's powers but with less control over them since she had gotten used to having Aeria as her partner. As Storm experiences more and more of what life could be like if she had her own body without Aeria with her, she grows more frustrated with trying to understand her own emotions and wishes to be whole again, even if it meant never coming out from Aeria's mind ever again. When Aeria returns and they join back together, Aeria apologizes to Storm for being completely insensitive to her wanting to live a life of her own and promises to let her out more often than just in combat and they both leave the team to seek out Aeria's origins and work their way up from there in terms of bonding.
