Part 7

Biyu, Jun, and Jong-suk, who on their way to Jong-suk's house, stopped to rest at a convenience store so that they can read Hyun-ae's messages. They wanted to make sure Hyun-ae and her family are safe, considering the fact Edward, a wanted criminal, is staying at Hyun-ae's inn.

(Texting)

Hyun-ae: "We are planning to politely kick them out."

Biyu: "Yes yes! That will show them!"

Jun: "Serves them right."

Jong-suk: "They better not come back."

The trio exited the convenience store and walked toward Jong-suk's home.
Unbeknownst to them, Jacob is nearby. Jacob is now wearing appropriate clothes for the winter. He stole a jacket from a small street shop when the owner wasn't looking.

He walked around town, planning to see Hyun-ae again. He then stopped upon seeing a wanted poster of himself plastered on a telephone pole.

He could not believe his eyes. How did he get caught? It was nighttime so it will be hard to see and he is a werewolf so he has superhuman speed. Who saw him?

Jacob pulls up the hood of the stolen jacket and hurriedly walks away.

Biyu and Jun wave Jong-suk goodbye and watch as he enters his home before departing.

It is now just the two of them.

"Oh man, I forgot. One of us will have to walk alone eventually." Jun said.

"You can stay over at my place for a few days, my parents won't be home tonight and tomorrow. They're staying over at my uncle's and aunt's house which is also my grandparent's house. They need some help." Biyu pointed out.

Jun widened his eyes in excitement, delight, and relief.

"Coincidentally, my parents aren't home tonight either and they won't come back until Thursday. They're going on a private trip together so it's just Gun and me at home for now." Jun said.

"It doesn't look like those weirdos will leave Hyun-ae's inn by tonight," Biyu said, looking in the direction of Hyun-ae's home.

"We should stop by my place so that I can get my school uniform and bag for tomorrow," Jun said.

"Right." Biyu agreed.

The pair walk in the direction of Jun's home.

That night

Meanwhile, the Cullens packed their things and prepare to leave. They thanked Mr. and Mrs. Jang for their hospitality and off they went.

"That was a surprise. I did not expect them to leave so soon. I was preparing to kick them out because of the criminal activity. What a relief," Mrs. Jang told Mr. Jang.

"Our business is safe now. They better not come back," Mr. Jang said.

Hyun-ae is in her room, preparing for school tomorrow. She hears a knock at her bedroom door. She walks up to answer it, seeing that it is her mother.

"I have good news," Mrs. Jang said.

"What happened?" Hyun-ae asked.

"They're gone. They just left," Mrs. Jang replied.

Hyun-ae gasps in surprise. A smile of relief and joy spread across her face.

"Yes!" Hyun-ae cheered, pumping her fist.

"I was just about to kick them out but they ended up leaving before I did. I don't know why they decided to leave all of a sudden but it's none of my business," Mrs. Jang said.

"Now I don't have to get scared of going home anymore," Hyun-ae remarked.

"I think we should inform the police that we knew Edward's name. If we want him to get arrested, we have to give the police his name," Mrs. Jang suggested.

Hyun-ae nodded her head in agreement.

She then looked out the window, wondering how Biyu is doing, knowing that she is targeted by Edward.

"Please be safe, Biyu," Hyun-ae mumbled.

Outside of the Jang family inn, Jacob, fully clothed, stood under a street lamp post, staring up at Hyun-ae's bedroom window. He had an idea the next morning, assuming that Hyun-ae has school tomorrow since it is Monday.

I need to get her name. I think she can replace Bella, Jacob thought.

Bella is still special to Jacob but he is no longer attracted to Bella. He has gotten over Bella and now wants Hyun-ae.

Jacob looks around to make sure nobody is looking and finds a way to sneak into the Jang family's property. He walks over to the gates and prepares to jump over.

He leaps over the gate with ease and landed on the property. He slowly stands up and sneaks around, trying to find a way to get to Hyun-ae's bedroom window. Jacob jumps onto an awning below Hyun-ae's bedroom window and hides, not wanting Hyun-ae to see him.

Hyun-ae walked over to her bedroom window and closes the curtains. Jacob notices the light shining from Hyun-ae's bedroom window disappear, realizing that Hyun-ae closed her curtains.

Damn it! I can't look inside, Jacob thought with frustration.

I just have to wait until tomorrow, Jacob thought. He jumps off the awning and left the Jang family residence.

Huang Family Home

Biyu set up a futon on the floor of the vacant guest room so that Jun can sleep on it. It was the first time Jun stayed over at her house. She set up another futon for herself to sleep on.

Biyu wanted to sleep in the guest room with Jun that night.

Jian and Weimin did not mind Jun staying over and are happy he is visiting.

"Wouldn't be surprised if they did it," Jian joked to himself.

Weimin widened his eyes and gasped in shock.

In the guest room, there is also a balcony. Unlike Biyu's balcony door, it has curtains.

"Should we close the curtains?" Biyu asked, touching the balcony curtains.

"I don't think we need to. Hyun-ae said in the group chat that the weirdos left her inn," Jun replied.

Biyu abruptly turned around upon hearing Bella and the Cullens are no longer staying at Hyun-ae's inn.

"Seriously?" Biyu asked to confirm. She pulls out her phone to see Hyun-ae's message for herself.

(Texting)

Hyun-ae: "YES! FINALLY! THOSE WEIRDOS ARE GONE! We're free!"

Biyu lets out a laughing gasp. She pumps her fist and quietly cheers.

"Those wanted posters of Edward probably got them to run away. Serves them right," Jun speculated.

"Let's get ready for bed. We have school tomorrow," Biyu said.

"Is it okay if I use the shower first?" Jun asked.

"Yeah. Absolutely," Biyu approved, nodding her head.

Jun takes out the towel he brought from home out of his duffel bag and pajamas and exited the guest room.

Biyu looked outside of the uncovered balcony door and walked towards it. She looked outside and spotted the moon, it was a waxing gibbous.

The mid-autumn festival is coming soon, Biyu thought with excitement. She is relieved and delighted that she will never see Edward, Bella, and the Cullens again.

And it's a good thing that jerk, Edward, his bitchy girlfriend Bella, and his creepy family are all gone. The window has a lock but the balcony door doesn't have a lock but there's no way Edward will try to find me here.  He's wanted by the police so he is most likely trying to hide," Biyu thought. She closes the balcony curtains and left the room.

In the shower, Jun washed his face and before getting shampoo to wash his hair. Outside of the shower room, Biyu walked past and then down the stairs. She walked up to the front door to make sure it is locked. She walked to the sliding glass door in the living room to make sure it is locked. Ever since Edward broke into her bedroom, the Huang family has become cautious about the safety of their home. Biyu closes the sliding glass door curtains of the altar room and walks up the stairs.

When Biyu walked back upstairs, Jun had already finished showering and is wearing his pajamas.

"I was making sure all of the doors and windows downstairs are locked," Biyu told Jun.

"Makes sense considering that devil broke into your bedroom," Jun said, sympathizing with Biyu.

"I'm gonna go wash up," Biyu said walking into her room to gather her pajamas and then exiting to head to the shower room.

Meanwhile, the Cullens could not find a new hotel or inn due to not knowing Korean. They decided to seek refuge in the park and make camp in the woods.

"Ugh, I can't believe we have to sleep outside in the woods. Fuck my life," Bella moaned, lying inside a sleeping bag in a tarped tent.

"We have no other choice and this is only temporary," Edward said.

"We better find a new house fast," Bella said angrily.

Edward did not respond and just continued looking outside of the tent.

Two hours later...

Bella is fast asleep and Edward is still awake. He stares at Bella as she slept for a moment before quietly leaving the tent. He looks back to make sure Bella did not wake up. He crawled over and kisses her on the cheek.

"I love you," Edward whispered with a straight face. He turned around and quietly exits the tent. He looked around to make sure nobody is around. The Cullens made camp deep in the woods.

Edward planned to head to Biyu's house, wanting to see her again. He knew he had to be more sneaky since he is suspected of burglary by the Korean police.

Edward believes he did nothing wrong and the police are overreacting. To him, he is only living his life and doing what he wants and anyone who gets in his way will pay with their lives.

To Edward, what is wrong with him admiring a pretty girl?

(Author's Note: Edward is on thin ice. And to those who are wondering. Yes, 1-1-2 is the police number in South Korea unlike in the USA and Canada where it's 9-1-1.)
