Part 12

 Edward watched with a grueling hatred. His eyes turned from amber to electric green.

Jun and Biyu are holding hands as they converse with one another.

Edward had an urge...

An urge to jump inside and murder Jun and Biyu without them even noticing him. Something he originally planned to do to Bella's classmates before she officially spoke to him.

"That stupid boy," Edward muttered under his breath.

"What does he think he's doing? She's too good for him."

"Why did she choose him over me? I'm more attractive and mature than him." Edward said to himself with a forlorn expression, hanging his head low, trying to blink back tears.

"I know she doesn't like me but she doesn't know what she's missing out on. I will keep pursuing her then she will realize how much I love and care about her and change her mind." Edward vowed to himself.

He began to daydream about Biyu and him running around the forest and meadow together. And in the daydream, he imagined Biyu as a sparkling vampire as well. He is sure that Biyu would want to become a vampire just like Bella if she wanted to be with him for eons.

In Edward's daydream, he imagined himself and Biyu staring longingly at each other for extended periods of time.

He then imagines Biyu embracing him for a kiss.

Edward was too distracted with daydreaming about Biyu, he did not notice the sun is exposed after a cloud passed it, causing his skin to sparkle.

Biyu is still in the hospital room with Jun.

Jun, who is facing the window noticed something sparkling outside.

Biyu, seeing that Jun's attention is at the window.

"There's something outside?" Biyu asked.

"Something....sparkling..." Jun said slowly.

Biyu turned around to look at the window. She can see sparkling glares at the window. Before she knew it, a sparkling hand came into view. The hand appeared to be holding a piece of paper.

Biyu gasped in horror at the sight of the hand, she recognized the hand.

"Oh no...it's him!" Biyu whispered to Jun.

"Him? Edward?!" Jun asked.

"Yes, we better tell the hospital staff," Biyu said. She ran to the telephone in the room, picks it up, and began alerting the receptionist.

"Hello, there appears to be an intruder at the window," BIyu began.

Jun kept his eyes glued at the window. He can now see more of the sparkling intruder. First, he saw an arm, and now he can see a shoulder, neck, and the back of a man's head.

"No...it's Edward!" Jun muttered to himself.

Biyu finished calling the hospital staff and ran back to Jun.

"They're on their way," she informed.

"The intruder...it's Edward!" Jun whispered.

"Edward?!" Biyu uttered in disbelief.

"No! No! He knew we were here?!" Biyu whispered frantically.

"This asshole is persistent," Jun remarked.

Edward finally snapped back to reality.

"How long has it been?" Edward said to himself. He then turned to peek at Jun and Biyu again only to find them staring at the window.

Jun and Biyu gasped in fright at the sight of Edward's face. He now knows they are aware.

"He might try to kill us!" Biyu said. She immediately ran outside to call for help.

"Help! Help! Help us! There's an intruder in the room! He wants to kill us!" Biyu shouted urgently.

She ran back into the room to make sure Jun is safe.

To her horror, she can see that Edward is now trying to get inside the window. The window is not openable but Biyu and Jun don't believe they will be safe.

"He's definitely strong enough to break through the glass," Jun said urgently. Biyu helped Jun get up from the hospital bed.

Right when Jun stood up, Edward started banging on the glass window. On the third bang, he managed to smash the glass into shards.

Biyu and Jun screamed in horror, shielding themselves from the flying glass shards as they hurriedly escape.

Edward jumped inside the hospital room, only to find Jun and Biyu missing. He looked around in disbelief and groaned in frustration, unknowingly dropping Biyu's stolen purikura photo on the ground.

Jun and Biyu are in the hallway, fleeing as fast as they can and warning other patients and hospital workers as they went.

"Run! There's a murderous intruder in the premises!" Biyu warned a wheelchairbound patient.

Hospital workers and patients began scrambling to safety.

Edward is now outside of Jun's hospital room. He looks around seeing that many patients and hospital workers are running around.

One hospital worker stopped after noticing Edward and gasps in horror, pointing a finger at him. Edward looks back with confusion, wondering why she is pointing at him.

He then remembered the wanted posters of him.

What if she recognized him because of those posters?

Edward, realizing the gravity of the situation, widened his eyes in horror.

He was too obsessed with trying to get closer with Biyu and he ended up exposing himself as a result.

Edward runs back inside Jun's room and jumps out of the window.

Later...

Police arrived to investigate and collect evidence. They took photographs of the trashed hospital room and dusted for fingerprints. Biyu's purikura photo was found and presented to her.

"I knew it! He took it!" Biyu said after noticing the now crumpled purikura photo.

"The intruder took this from you?" A young police officer asked.

"Yes, he broke into my house not too long ago and he must have stolen it," Biyu answered.

The police officer looked at his partners with shock.

"Looks like we are dealing with the same perpetrator," A police officer remarked, remembering the time they were called in for a presumed burglary.

"We will be using this for evidence," The young police officer informed Biyu, showing her the purikura photo that is now inside an evidence bag.

Biyu nodded her head in agreement. She no longer wants the photo back, seeing that it has been damaged and the fact that Edward touched it. Who knows where the photo has been?

Biyu and Jun gave the police officers their statements before they moved on.

Jun is moved to a different room and Biyu is escorted home by police officers to ensure her safety.

Back at home, Biyu ran into the arms of her parents, bursting into tears in the process.

"That monster! That persistent and insolent devil, Edward Cullen! Someone chop off his head and throw it into the sea already!" Biyu shouted in bitterness.

"Edward..Cullen? That burglar?" Mrs. Huang said in shock.

"He's back?!" Mr. Huang said in disbelief. He looked and saw the two police officers who escorted Biyu home.

"We believe the same intruder who broke into your home not too long ago is the same perpetrator who broke into the nearby hospital. He appeared to be targeting your daughter again," one of the officers explained.

"He broke into Jun's hospital room when I was visiting him and tried to attack us," Biyu explained.

"We will be patrolling the neighborhood for the time being," one of the officers explained.

Back at the hospital, Mr. and Mrs. Song and Gun came to visit after hearing the news. Jun explained to his family the entire story.

"He broke through the window, he was obviously trying to hurt us," Jun explained.

"That monster!" Mr. Song remarked.

"Who does he think he is?" Mrs. Song remarked.

Mr. and Mrs. Song begged the doctor to discharge Jun for his safety.

"That ruffian might come back to exact revenge," Mrs. Song told the doctor.

"Don't worry, you're in luck. We noticed he has recovered immensely. By tomorrow, he will be healthy enough to be discharged." The doctor assured.

"And you can stay overnight," The doctor added.

"Thank you! Thank you!" Mr. Song said, bowing.

"Oh, thank you, thank you so much!" Mrs. Song said, bowing in the process.

Gun bowed with his parents after nodding thankfully.

A police officer is assigned to patrol the hospital after the incident with Edward.

The next day...

Meanwhile, in the forest where the Cullens are hiding. Carlisle and the other Cullens gathered around to confront Edward.

Everyone is standing on one side, facing Edward.

"Edward, what have you been doing this whole time?" Bella asked.

Edward made no comment and just looked at his feet.

"Edward, don't play dumb, we know you've been hiding something from us," Carlisle said.

"We know what you've been doing. We saw the news." Carlisle explained.

Edward stood still and widened his eyes in disbelief.

How did his family discover what he's been doing when they don't know Korean?

"We may not know Korean but we can infer because of the photos they've shown in the broadcast. A picture is worth a thousand words." Carlisle said.

Edward gasped and tried to look at his feet.

"We know that you've been sneaking out and have gotten yourself in hot water. I don't know what you've been doing but it looks like you've been targeting someone," Carlisle said.

Carlisle pulls out a smartphone and plays the video of the local news.

In the video, a news anchor discussed the break-in at the hospital.

CCTV footage of Edward breaking through the glass window of Jun's hospital room and jumping inside played throughout the video. Edward's face was clearly seen in the footage.

A screenshot of Edward's wanted poster then appeared onscreen.

Edward recognized Biyu in the video, seeing the long pigtails. He clenched his fist in rage.

Jun and Biyu were anonymously interviewed by news reporters. Their faces were blurred with pixels and their voices distorted.

"She snitched!" Edward capriciously shouted.

"She? So you have been targeting someone after all." Carlisle remarked.

Edward gasped.

 "Are you targeting another woman, Edward?" Carlisle asked.

Bella couldn't believe her ears.

"You've been trying to see another girl this whole time? How could you do this to me?!" Bella shouted.

Edward hesitated and lowered his head, trying to come up with an answer.

"You were not paying attention to me lately and I felt neglected," Edward replied.

"What? I wasn't paying attention to you? I've been trying to talk to you for days but you would tell me to go away!" Bella shouted.

Edward widened his eyes in shock. He knew Bella was right.

"No, I never said that," Edward replied.

"But I swear you told me to go away! How can you say you never said so?" Bella snapped.

"Because I know myself more than you. I never told you to go away. You could've told me that you wanted to spend time with me," Edward said.

"How was I neglecting you?! You willingly ignored me! You would walk away every time I want to talk to you. How can you tell me this? I thought you loved me!" Bella shouted, crying in the process.

"How is this my fault?" Edward asked.

"Edward, stop this!" Carlisle shouted, breaking up Edward and Bella's fight. Edward immediately fell silent.

"You realize what you've done? You selfishly tried to fulfill your desires and you have the nerve to blame Bella for what you've done. Now because of your actions, you've put our lives in danger and we have to find another place to hide because of you," Carlisle said.

"Why are you making it harder for us, Edward? And why are you blaming everything on Bella?" Esme asked.

"I had a bad feeling something was going to happen because of him," Alice said.

"I saw in my visions, he was chasing after a Korean girl and it looks like she is in love with another boy. He tried to attack them and he looks to be jealous of the Korean boy." Alice explained.

Bella gasped after hearing Alice's confession.

Edward is speechless. All he did was stare at his family and Bella.

"Why are you doing this, Edward?" Alice asked.

"I can't help it," Edward replied flatly.

"Edward, stop lying, please," Esme begged.

"We are going to be in trouble because of you," Carlisle said.

"Everyone, gather your things. We are moving out." Carlisle ordered.

The Cullens walk away to pack their things and escape, leaving only Edward and Bella alone together.

"You've cheated on me...YOU'VE CHEATED ON ME!!!" Bella shouted, angrily crying, and smacking Edward in the chest.

Edward stood idly and stared into space. He took a deep breath and began to speak again:

"There was a girl I grew attracted to and the scent of her blood reminded me of yours. It was irresistible. I wanted her. I was going to ask you if you're okay with an open relationship but I was too scared and nervous to tell you. I was scared that you will get upset with me," Edward replied with a straight face.

"You seriously think that I was going to be okay with an open relationship?! You think I will accept that! So not happening!" Bella shouted.

"Ugh! That is it! We are through!" Bella shouted. She turned around to walk away.

Edward gasped in horror upon hearing Bella say the dreaded words. The second time they've broken up and this time Bella is the one who dumps him.

"Bella, wait!" Edward shouted.

He quickly runs after Bella and grabbed her hand.

"Bella, stop! How can you do this to me?!" Edward asked, not wanting Bella to leave him.

"Leave me alone, Edward!" Bella shouted.

"Bella, please listen to me! I'll promise I will tell you my secrets from now on!" Edward shouted.

Bella did not respond and continued walking, leaving Edward all alone.

Edward lowered his head in devastation and gloom.

The feeling of devastation and gloom then turned to anger and bitterness.

"It's all your fault," Edward thought, thinking of Jun and Biyu in his mind.
