Appearance: Like a normal shiny Garchomp, but usually wears a jacket of some sort.

Back story: Grew up having a mostly regular life and is now a police officer. He bought his ticket himself to go on vacation.

Other: He's very cool and level-headed, but can be clueless about some things.
