he does not remember anything from his childhood.

his clan was forgotten to him. he lived a normal life til the point of his mother's death, he watched her die at the hands of a curse. that was the breaking point for his father who didn't want a weak son so he forced katsu to learn to use his technique, he wanted katsu to have a similar skill like his own but his son learned how to summon dragons.

his father trained him day and night. beat him if he dared complained about the work he had to do. a yawn? not in front of father. hungry? not until you finish training. not until he was able to go to jujustu highschool was he able to get out, after a mission was when he lost his memory. his father and him had gotten into a heavy argument to the point where the memory is long gone from him.

before he lost his memory, he was quiet and shy kid who didn't like to speak. he just did as he was told and didn't like to cause trouble.

it's a long joke that he was just some kid picked up by the highschool.

his father blames it on a curse for his memory loss. the jujustu highschool has never brought up his past to him since he is doing better without the knowledge of who he used to be. even if he does remember his childhood, that would affect his mental when he's alone. he won't let it effect him unless he feels safe.
