Looks: Short black hair, dark blue eyes, wears square glasses, medium slightly lanky build(slightly muscular). Typically wears a soul reaper uniform but will wear a dark grey and blue yukata when not working. Has a very large Lichtenberg scars on his back and shoulders.

Personality: Hardworking and level headed, is often one to break up fights when they happen. He tries to stay neutral on pretty much everything but is very protective of his friends and family. Can come across as a bit blunt.
Weapon/Abilities: Inazuma-ō, a lightning type Zanpakutō with a grey colored sheath and a slight golden tint to the blade. It's Shikai (Strike Down Inazuma-ō) turns it into a jagged blade with several gold and sliver tassel and glass beads hanging from the hilt. It allows him to call down several bolts of lightning and create small self contained storms.
It's bankai allows him to store any energy felt too him in his body, which he can then shoot back out as extremely powerful lightning strikes.

Dislikes: Sudden loud noises, people from squad 11(especially those who are rude to his coworkers), loud people, getting sick, not being able to see his siblings.
Backstory: Ranto is the second youngest child of the Ukitake family, and is the youngest boy. Growing up he greatly idolized his older brother, wanting to become a soul reaper like him. As a young child while playing out with his younger sister, the two of them were caught up in a large storm, and Ranto was struck by a bolt of lightning nearly dying in the process. He survived but developed a fear of storms and loud sudden noises since. When he was old enough he joined the Gotei 13 with the goals of joining Squad 13. When he finally learned what his Zanpakutō was he decided to join the squad that would allow him to use his Zanpakutō the least, Squad 4. He quickly joined, rising in the ranks until he became 4th seat.
Other: he's slightly blind so he has to wear glasses.
