•Personality•
Rowen's pretty cool! She's definitely mature, and is smart above her years, but she does do plenty of childish things. She's incredibly unadventurous and usually doesnt like or is wary of anything new, but her unadventurous spirit doesn't stop her from getting herself into trouble. She's quite reckless, and despite how smart she is, she doesn't take anything in her life very seriously aside from her family. Her family is the only thing she's not willing to gamble on, but she will happily risk losing everything else, even if it means losing herself. Growing up she's always been popular, people just always seemed to want to be her friend, which is understandable, because she's really cool and insanely loyal. Like it doesn't matter if you killed a helpless kitten for no reason, she'll have your back and stick up for you, no matter her own personal feelings towards it. To her, that's just what real friends do.
Most of the time she's pretty calm and laid back, especially during arguments. When things are stressful or heated, and she doesn't know what to do with her emotions, she'll detache from the situation. She'll try to handle everything as unemotional and distant as possible, putting all of her feelings aside.
She's very sarcastic, and clever.
She's also pretty sadistic. Basically she's that one person who cannot stop laughing when she sees her friend trip, or people on YouTube epically fail.
I wouldn't say she's confident, but it definitely comes off that way, because she (thinks she) has nothing to loose, so she doesn't need to be afraid or worried over anything.
She also likes to be the dominate one in friendships, relationships, groups, whatever. She doesn't have a problem stepping aside, but In her mind, all authority figures are incompetent until she feels they've proven otherwise, but once someone has, her loyalty is priceless. Up until that point though, she'll question everything your doing. She's not afraid to get down and get messy, and she's naturally a guy's girl. She definitely likes to have a lot of fun, and on the weekends you can always find her at a party. she's invited to loads of them, and knows how to throw the best ones.

•Likes• She LOVES all things music dancing and parties. Music and dancing are her passions, and parties is where it's all at.

•Skills/Hobbies• She's a hard core Netflix and Chill girl, it's actually one of her favorite things to do (Both interpretations of Netflix and Chill are her favorite things to do as well as her skills, if you catch my drift) She's pretty handy with a crossbow. she wanted to learn Archery in honor of her father and grandfather, but decided to put her own twist on it. She's likes to do puzzles and quizzes to keep her mind sharp. She's also really good at dancing, and it's probably the most physically exerting thing she does. She's very good at it too. She also loves, and can play almost any instrument you give her. Just give her a day or two with it, and she'll have it down.

Also snakes. She hates, hates, hates, HATES, HATES, snakes. (Which is funny because she has one on her ribcage, most likely because it makes her feel more bad A)

•Relationship with parents• She loves her entire family, but aside from her twin sister she's probably closets with her father Will. She just finds herself able to open up to him and run to him for safety. She can be vulnerable around him, and she likes how she can break down and not be the mature one every once in a while with him.
As far as Nico goes, their relationship is more like best buddies, she loves to make him smile, and they got along really nicely. She doesn't have the same personal connection with him that she has with Will, but she finds herself constantly trying to make him proud of her. His approval means the world to her, and she goes out of her way to make him happy.

•Powers• Rowen has Clairvoyant abilities. Meaning she can see psychic impressions visually, through images, colors, and visions. It is the ability to gain information about an object, person, location, or physical event through extrasensory perception. These things come as glimpses and visions in her head, and it's extremely rare for her to be able to understand them.
An example is that she can see an image of an object and be absolutely certain that they need to find it. She won't know why, or where, but she'll probably know that something really bad will happen if they don't.
All the visions don't work like that though, sometimes they can be as simple as strong impressions, predictions, dreams and many other things. The power as a whole is extremely mysterious and random, and people don't know why or what causes it. It's also very confusing and frustrating because nothing will ever make sense, and the impressions come and go. She can't control it, and the harder she tries to control and understand, the more confused and hurt she gets.
Tempting and playing with the ability is dangerous, as well as trying to ignore it. It's literally tempting fate, and because Rowen is already reckless, she ignores it often, and bad things happen as a result.

•Background•
I think her background was pretty normal. Her fathers where hard to understand sometimes, and it's pretty clear one is much more affectionate than the other, but her relationships with them turned out just fine. She's the older twin, so she's always had to be the more mature one.
She was popular as a kid, and she liked hanging around her brothers and their friends?
At first she was really afraid of her powers, and she tried really hard to understand them, but eventually she gave up, and decided not to care. Why should it be her problem?
