~Story~

Born in The Bronx from a solid hardworking family, Luca Caruso has been a very creative kid who always had a very positive attitude towards anyone he's around, including his own parents.

Never a sports fan, Luca never had any interest in football, baseball, basketball, hockey, or even volleyball, but he always had an interest for cooking Italian food at home and engineering.

When cooking, the red sauce he would have was not traditional Italian sauce, but it made up for it with intense flavor that Luca would make it once two times a month in lasagna, baked ziti, and, whenever visiting his grandmother's house every first Sunday of the month, or better yet, Easter Sunday Gravy.

Besides cooking, Luca always found engineering to be quite interesting and always had a knack for technology that's beyond an iPhone or any kind of everyday thing.

So, Luca saw an opportunity to learn more by staying in school and always having a niche for the subject, graduating with honors from high school and having the time of his life.

However, Luca's friend, James Rivera, a childhood friend, invited him to study abroad in Osaka, one of the most foreign friendly cities in Japan.

Talking to his parents about the trip, Luca stated that he sees it as an opportunity to learn more about engineering and wanting a different type of scenery.

Feeling that Luca has earned his own place in the world, his parents agreed to pay for the expenses of studying abroad in Osaka while lending him $75,000, plus the money Luca made on the side as a Sous Chef in his father's restaurant, Caruso & Son's Bar And Grill.

Leaving his home behind, Luca would start a new adventure with James, looking to make a new life in Osaka, even though the flight was 14 1/2 hours long.

During the flight, James and Luca would work on their Japanese and practice their etiquette, making sure that they always try to be respectful and polite towards the people they meet along the way.

Arriving in Osaka, James and Luca looked to get started and find a place to stay as they attend Osaka Metropolitan University. They find an apartment in the middle of Osaka's nightlife, where the rent was very cheap and very reasonable, even though the way to the University was almost an hour away, the farthest away.

Knowing that there was no other option, Luca and James paid the former owner, who, for some reason, took out a trash bag full of his stuff, ran out to his car, went into his car, and drove off without acknowledging them.

The two friends thought that the guy had been rude, but they quickly brushed it off and moved in.

Now as roommates, Luca and James always hung out while being taught at OMU, making friends along the way, but after they move in, Luca starts to experience strange phenomenon, with the TV being turned on by itself, shadows around him, being touched when no one was around him, and experiencing a dream as he was asleep.

Luca tries to brush it off as if it never occurred, but over time, he starts getting the weird feeling of being watched and not by James, who was completely unaware of the situation around him, calling his best friend a childish, but soon enough, Luca and his friend are about to find out what they've gotten themselves into as they discover a horrifying secret of the apartment they moved into.
