~Story~

Born in Yokohama, Japan, as the son of Minoru Suzuki, Haruto Suzuki, nicknamed "Haru", didn't have a very good life before pro wrestling.

In school, Haruto would have some animosity towards his fellow classmates and would get into fights constantly, getting him expelled from three different schools. Feeling like he gave up on his own son, Minoru decided to enroll Haruto into New Japan's dojo in Tokyo, where he would think his son wouldn't do well.

However, it wasn't the case. Haruto had grown to love the game of wrestling and would soon change his outlook on life and how wrestling had affected his years, fighting for his life, trying to fit in.

Haruto would soon become positive and more confident in his abilities, looking to make it in wrestling by starting as a young Lion, where he met his father's rival, Yuji Nagata, to help him learn the basics of grappling and shoot fighting, earning him the moniker of "The Champion" from the way he fought back his own doubts of making it in life while donning the ring name, "Akira Suzuki".

Earning the respect of the entire New Japan staff and talent, Suzuki would later be the student of Katsuyori Shibata, who had no problem working with him and helping him be his very best, both in and out of the ring.

From that day forward, Haru would show how much passion he has in wrestling by being the youngest Japanese wrestler to win the G1 Climax, challenging Kushida for the IWGP Junior Heavyweight Champion and winning it.

In 2017, Haru would make the decision to turn heel and join his father in Suzuki-Gun, winning the GHC Junior Heavyweight Championship on two separate occasions in Pro Wrestling NOAH, even with a run with the IWGP United States Championship.

Although Haru wouldn't win any more titles for a good long while, he managed to stay relevant by taking part in intergender matches and helping kids get off the streets since he's been there himself as a young kid.

Eventually, in mid-2022, Haruto decided to let his contract with New Japan expire so he could join NXT and try something different.

Suzuki would debut on an episode of NXT, where he would help the Creed Brothers regain the NXT Tag Team Championships by taking out their former friend Damon Kemp and becoming the new leader of the Diamond Mine in the process, replacing Roderick Strong.

In the back, Haru does his best to communicate with his new friends, but he runs into an old friend from the indiesand Sendai Girls Wrestling in Japan, Sari Fujimura, best known as Sarray in NXT or Sarree in Japan.

They would catch up and be friends again, but Sari starts to find Haruto attractive and start to fall in love with him, but how does he react to her feelings?
