Bentley's owner before he joined Paws had actually died from Stage 3 Cancer. So, he was left alone in his owners house only to be found a couple days later and taken to the Sanctuary.

Bentley has a fear of being left alone, like he was with his owner. He wasn't told his owner had died, so he thinks he was abandoned.

Maggie is a very loyal and submissive dog. She is known to be quite playful and smart, it in her genes of breed of course. However, when things go too far, she can be a bit too aggressive and become very boisterous.

Maggie is very smart and speedy, also being quite helpful and sociable too.

Maggie isn't great in jumping and obstacles, being quite a small dog too.

Reason to be here||•
Maggie was actually brought here due to being too much of a hyper dog, for most owners anyway. Her last owners brought her here in hopes of her being able to socialise with other dogs and hopefully be calmed a bit, it not working though. So, they left her here since they found she seemed happier here.

Maggie has a fear of small spaces and being cornered, always lashing out if that happens.

Piper is very aggressive, always lashing out at anyone, anything. She is known to never go down without a fight, always being avoided most of the time. Along those lines, she can be quite lonesome and quiet, staying away from others and always wearing a muzzle.

Piper is strong overall, including both her bite and body weight.

Piper hasn't got great communicational skills. She also doesn't do well with her smell sense.

Reason to be here||•
Piper was brought up through pit bull fighting; having gotten caught when police were informed of the location. So, she was brought to Paws by the animal control centre, in hopes they change up her aggressiveness to a more calmer stage.

Percy is very timid and quite quiet. He is a rather speedy dog, meaning he can't be stopped to have a chat. But, he does have a confident, flirty and very, very, VERY loud side to him with is rather rare.

Percy was brought here due to not being cared for well. He wasn't a bad dog or aggressive, his owners just didn't have enough money to care for him.
