Personality: Zar is, to put it simply, strange. He's quirky, weird, and has questionable sanity. Zar is very much an out of the box thinker. He chooses the most obscure ways to solve problems. Dead battery? His answer would be to use the electrons from ten potatoes like a tenth grade science experiment. Along with his quirkinesses is a complete sense of confidence. He believes in him self so fully it's almost as if he has no insecurities. He's more arrogant that confident really. He's also quite the pessimist. It's easy for him to find the negatives, especially in humans. His sense of boundaries isn't the best. It's mostly due to his arrogance that he think boundaries don't apply to him. Zar doesn't like to talk about himself or his feelings. He tends to avoid that area of conversation all together. He'll change the topic over and over to get away from those kinds of conversations.

Habits: Zar tends to self-sabotage any decent relationship friend or lover. He doesn't just push people away, but tends to hurt the people who get close to him. He doesn't know how to have a real lasting relationship with people.

Casual Wear:

Physical Mutation: Zar possesses a pair of large black powerful feathered wings, his eyes glow red-orange when his powers are in use, his hair is naturally a silver white, and his arms blacken as he uses his power.

Abilities: Zar has the ability to spontaneously generate fire from his hands. He is also capable of manipulating and altering the different forms of fire. This ability is manifested in his irises, they glow and share an appearance with the fire he is able to control. As the fire burst from his palms his hands and forearms blacken.

Weapons: With his wings and fire based abilities Zar has no need for weapons.

Weakness: While Zar has large wings and fists of fire he's just as vulnerable as any human. He's not impervious anything and can be cut, broken, and bruised just like anyone else.

Backstory: Zar was born with his mutations, and almost killed his mother in the process. Wings caused a complication in the whole birthing process. He had little black nub wings, fiery orange eyes, and silver white hair. He was seen as an abomination, as demon child. The doctors didn't even know what to do with him. His parents were horrified. They were a quiet couple who originally wanted a home birth with a midwife. But that all changed when the complications arose. They wanted it to all be natural and avoided getting sonograms and such things. Which is why they weren't expecting Zar's extra appendages. Instead they had used all natural methods. In the end they had to rush Zar's mother to the hospital after she started having complications. That's when they discovered why she was having problems. Zar wasn't the average baby. The doctors ended up preforming an emergency c-section save the mothers life. The parents didn't care about the life of the child, now that they knew what he was. But as resilient as Zar was even in infancy he survived. The parents immediately gave him up for adoption and cut off all ties to him. They abandoned him, even went as far as to transfer to a different hospital during the mother's recovery. The baby was left unnamed, unwanted, and abandoned. Even the hospital didn't know what to do with him. Someone had suggested calling the X-Men to take the child away which only got the response, "I don't want more freaks crawling around my hospital, get rid of that thing." Zar from the moment of his first breath only knew the hatred of the world. Within days of his young life the hospital sold him off to the highest bidder which ended up being the ring leader of a traveling circus which had been known to buy and sell mutants for their show. Life in that kind of circus was not kind. He was treated like an animal. The fact that he managed to survive through that kind of treatment is shocking. For the most part the other imprisoned mutants looked after in infancy. But as soon as he was able to walk he was on his own and forced to preform. His hellish life continued like that for awhile. Very rarely he was able to befriend a fellow mutant enslaved to the circus but he was always torn away from any kind of relationship. Eventually he made his escape. It wasn't easy, and it came at a cost to others, but he got out. For once he was free. Freedom brought him a sense of peace for the first time in his life. But freedom wasn't as easy to keep. People of course were after him now to make him pay for the damage he caused and to pay off his "debt" to the ringmaster of the circus. It wasn't easy but Zar managed to evade his hunters. Though his bouncing around he heard about the refugee island for mutants, for people like him. At first he laughed at the idea of such a place. In his mind it was an unrealistic utopian idea. But he was soon proven wrong when one brave soul brought him there. Finding that the island was a reality, he was dumbfounded and it took him awhile before he really trusted that it wasn't some kind of trick. Eventually he was won over. He actually started to live, he contributed to the good of the island and even helped those who were once as lost as he. Though he's in no way a properly functioning person. He still has his issues, especially with trusting people. Deep down he still doesn't completely trust the people on the island and always keeps his bag packed, just in case. But for now he lives on the island living with a small form of peace and happiness.

Other: Zar can't handle being around cats. He actively hates them, though that's mostly because he's super allergic to them.
