Personality: Open-minded, very much a go with the flow type of person, tends to keep her eye on the big picture, not afriad of her future, not one to be concerned with the unknown, supprisingly kind, compassionate, lives life despite her circumstances, very much a realist, deals with what the things in life that she's been handed, doesn't worry much about the things that are out of her control, supprisingly wise for a teenager, mature, pretty humble, modest, doesn't always have the best memory of things, she's really horrible at history, very versatile, really smart, calm, she's as respectful as she knows how to be, she's not very open with people, she's very careful who she opens herself up to, she's loyal, she only lies to protect people and she does believe lying can protect people, coincidentally enough she's very forgetful, and finally the last to be said of her personality is that she is unbelievably understanding.

Powers: In short she can time travel. However, in reality it's a bit more complicated than that. Unlike most time travelers she doesn't need a ship. She is the ship. For her, time travel is like a mall. As a whole the entire mall represents all of time and each shop with in the store is a moment, period, year, or century in time. Nora can walk out of a moment and walk into the next as if they were stores in a mall. She can move forward in time, backwards in time how ever far she wants. Along with this she doesn't age like other people do because she doesn't live in the confines of time like other people do. She can choose her age, in a way. Before she enters a period of time she chooses an age in which to enter that period of time. For example, say she traveled to 1951 being the age of 32. For however long she decides to stay in that timeline she will be 32 and age year by year with in that time line. Once she leaves a timeline it's like her existence was erased. Anyone she ever met forgets her, everything she did is erased. As if she never exsisted at all. However, she is able to pass rather fluidly through seconds, or even minuets of a time line that she is in as long as she doesn't go too far into the future, or too far into the past. Basically so long as she doesn't skip over or jump back further than a day the time line she is in stays intact. People who she met can still remeber her, things she did actually happened and stay that way, and she  can continue living in that time line. But if she skips a day or goes back a day everything is erased. Also with in a single time line she can, sometimes see glimpses into the future for that time line in her dreams. It's not often and usually whatever future she see is obscure and almost meaninglessly. Though very rarely she will get a clear definitive picture that is relevant and even helpful to a difficult scenario.

Abilities: She's learned a few fighting techniques in her life time. Rather than listing all of them and to keep this short, she knows how to defend herself.

Weapons: She can be pretty handy with various kinds of weapon when she wants to be, but doesn't usually bother with keeping one around.

Supersuit: All she had is the trench coat. Though it's no ordinary coat. She got it from Rip Hunter a long time ago. It's futuristic technology. She can take it with her in any timeline, and it is basically resistant to everything: fire, bullets, lazers, you name it. The coat can also change form to fit the time period. For exsample, if she travles to the middle ages it transforms into a cloak or if she were to go to the 1950 it would transform into something more like a hooded cape. All in all it changes form so it doesn't look to conspicuous. Also most importantly, it severs as a sort of link between Rip and her. Despite however many times she breaks a timeline, so long as she had the coat Rip will remember her. Aside from the cost she doesn't wear anything special, she just throws it on over whatever she's wearing.

Weakness: Aside from the obvious limitations of her powers mentioned above she is just as vulnerable as any other human. If you cut her she bleeds, her bones break, she gets tired, she has to eat to be healthy and so on. However, she doesn't really die like everyone else. Anytime she is killed or dies she wakes back up in another timeline, and every is reset, and no one remembers her, and everything she did is undone and she has to start all over again.

Backstory: To list everything she has ever gone through would take way to long to read... and write. So I will pull out the main highlights. Nora was born, like any other human. She had a mother and a father, was conceived, was grown in the womb, was born, lived life like a regular human being. But, because there has to be a but, she didn't remain a normal human. Though that will be further explained later. For now I will explain the normal life of Nora Whilder before she became not so normal. Nora was the daughter of Abraham and Mira Whilder, born on September 23rd 2023 in France. Abraham was a young french lawyer with aspirations to be a Jugde one day. And Mira all she wanted was to be a mother and raise children in a small town. Nora was thier first, and thier last. There were unfortunate compilations in Mira's pregnancy and Mira ended up dead after giving birth to Nora. Heartbroken and devastated Abraham committed  suicide a little under month later. This left Nora abandoned and orphaned. Nora barely had anytime to grow up. For three lonely years Nora grew up in an over crowded orphaned. Now this is the part where Nora's life gets complicated. A certain rouge and extremely dangerous Time Master gets a hold of this unwanted nobody kid, that for the record is only three years old at the time, that would be better off not existing. With all his knowledge of how time works, and his abilities to affect time he successfully pulls Nora from the fabric of time. The repercussions of this little stunt made Nora the was she is now, unable to, in a sense die as well as being able to time travel woth put having to worry about breaking the fabric of time. Now this wasn't the first time this time master tried this. He had done this little experiment before with countless other people, only all those people ended up dead. The Time Master had finally perfected  the recipe for immortality, but never got the chance to use it on himself because a certain Rip Hunter attested him. The Time Master ended up being erased completely from the fabric of time for his crimes and locked away where he could never ever hurt anyone. But there was Nora to consider. There was no way to reverse what had been done. Even by erasing the Time Master from the time line, Nora was no longer able to be affected by any one time line. By the law 9f tge Time Bureau Rip should have exposed her existence for them to deal with. Though she couldn't be returned to her life because it no longer exsisted. And it wasn't as if she could ever really harm the time line considering every time she jumped her existence was erased. So Rip kept her existence a secret from the Time Bureu. He sort of raised her until she was able to understand her life, and he gave her the coat as a link so he would never forget her. From then on he was like a mentor to her, and that at least one person would be able to remeber her.  He helped her understand her existence, what she could do, how it all happened. He was like a father to her, and the only person she knew would always remeber her. So Nora continued to live and die and repeat. Sometimes she just time travels to travel. Other times she actually lived a life, started as a young teenager grew up, got married, had kids, grandkids even, then she died and starts over again. Though in context to the Justice League in this particular time line that she has chosen, Rip encouraged her to join the Justice League, be a hero. It was never something she had done, and Rip had only recently come in contact with them and thought it might be good for Nora.

Extra: She has learned a little over 10 languages in all her time, though only enough in each to survive. Like knowing how to say I need a bathroom, I'm hurt, I'm hungry, and so on. Though she is fluent in English, Chinese, Spanish, and Russian. Her first language is, French of course, and it is the language she is most comfortable using. Though obviously she doesn't always get to use that language.

While she may seem like she is all knowing, all powerful or whatever to be clear she's not. She is talented yes, but she is limited. She doesn't remember every single detail of her life, in fact has forgotten alot of it. After all she is human. Other than the time travel stuff, she is just a girl. She has emotional problems just like everyone else, she hurts like everyone else, she gets angry, she makes mistakes. She's flawed.
Also she has knowledge the basic flow of time. Major wars, planet take overs, worldwide catastrophes, basically major world events are what she's aware of. As far as specific people are concerned those futures and pasts always change with each jump she makes. So while she knows that there will be a World War 3 she doesn't know when certain people will die or get married anything like that.
