Personality: Eli, much like his father, is a quirky fellow. He's not very good at describing what's considered "over the line" when it comes to social boundaries. He breaks people's personal space frequently and doesn't much care when he does. He also has a toxic psychotic side to him, of course. He's usually able to keep his cool, but if someone were to enrage him all hell would break loose. When he's calm he's highly intelligent and can be extremely manipulative. He's a calculating type fellow that puts quite a bit of effort into his murders and heist and such. Eli cares very much about the details and is very good at picking up on subtleties. Not many can out smart him. Like his father he is quite the fan of riddles, but he is also a huge fan of trivia as well. He loves testing people's knowledge and pointing out their stupidity just to highlight his own intelligence. Which he does have a narcissistic complex. He often comes off as arrogant and condescending to others.

Casual Wear:

Powers: Other than above average and superior intelligence Eli is simply human and has no powers.

Abilities: Again it should be stated that Eli is quite the intelligently gifted kid. Aside from being incredibly smart and educated Eli can defend himself in a fight but mostly has others to defend him or he simply out smarts his opponent.

Weapons: It is known that Eli caries all kind of lethal little gadgets around with him and a knife or gun for when the occasion calls, but he's not very consistent with his weapons of choice.

Super suit:

Weaknesses: Eli's biggest weakness, emotionally speaking is his compulsion of getting answers to his questions. He can get so hooked of finding an answer that he'll risk his life, or sacrifice anything to get an answer. That and he's just as human as anyone else.

Backstory: Eli Nygma was barely born. His mother and father had a complicated relationship. They were a couple... but Ed was always, well psychotic and he couldn't always control it. Kristen, Eli's mother, loved Ed but after she found out she was pregnant she knew she had to get away from Ed. She feared that he might loose control and hurt the baby. Of course he'd apologize, but she didn't want to risk it. Edward though managed to track her down. After all he had to figure out why she left...he had to solve the riddle. Eventually he did find her, by then she already had the child. Ed was furious at first that she didn't tell him, that she left without even saying goodbye, that she hid this from him... he lost control. He didn't mean to hurt her, he never wanted to hurt her but before he knew it he had squeezed her throat so tight she stopped breathing. Edward of course was deviated, for a little bit. After that he was left with his son. For a short period he blamed Eli for his mother's death. He hated the child yet he couldn't help but care for him. After all he was just a helpless little infant that took a resemblance to Kristen. Eventually Eli grew on Ed and Ed became obsessively attached. It wasn't until Eli was older that Ed loosened up on him. Eli was fifteen before Ed would even really let him out and about. That's where Eli's slightly antisocial yet attention desperate issues come from. Growing up with the Riddler as his dad wasn't always the most conducive to Eli. A lot of his odd behavior's are learned behaviors from his father. That and Ed wasn't always the most rational. Discipline was often a twisted dark thing. Eli learned early on not to cross his father. Despite the highly dysfunctional relationship Ed still loves his son and of course would do anything to keep him safe. Eli in return loves his father, partly because he doesn't know any better. Once Ed did finally let Eli out and about Eli loved the outside world. He also loved messing with it. Eli found it fun to manipulate people and mess with their heads. He actually enjoyed "working" with his dad. Eli became quite the trouble maker once he started working with his dad. He also built a bad reputation for himself, at least in the eyes of the Justice League. Eli made himself a force to be reckoned with. It was especially his compulsion that won his reputation. He was known to hunt people down to the ends of the earth to get his answers. Obviously insane any time he was arrested he was immediately shipped off to Arkham, even if he was so young. They quickly learned juvenile detention couldn't hold him. But even Arkham had a hard time keeping him locked up. With the help of outside sources and even his own intelligence he could manage to regain his freedom and stir up trouble again once he got out.

Extra: Eli has an obsession with getting answers to his questions. Getting answers is his psychotic compulsion. He will do anything to get his answers. That's kind of where he gets his alias, Quiz. He asks his victims questions and if they get it wrong he kills them. At the end of the day his compulsion is was drives him insane. He just can't handle unknowns.

Character Aesthetic:

P.S.
Eli definitely is not what one would call... sane. No one can tell if it is learned behavior from his father or if he was born that way. Regardless no one knows if he can be "fixed".  The doctors at Arkham when Eli is imprisoned try and send him to some kind of therapy, but Eli never stays locked up long enough to make a real difference in him.
