Personality: What would a brilliant young man be without a little bit of arrogance? Baron is at least aware of his arrogance and at times tries to bridle it, but it is a struggle of his. Having an intelligence that far surpasses the peers makes it hard for him to relate to those his age. This often leads him to avoid others. He never was that good at social interaction anyways. Life seemed to be easier alone than trying to figure out how to interact socially. Baron also struggle with emotions such as compassion. At times he can seem very cruel, but he tries to have good intentions. He wants to be good, but almost everything in him makes him appear the opposite.

Powers: His brilliance is his superpower. He isn't just smart, he's brilliant beyond his years. He was genetically engineered to be widely intelligent.

Abilities: Other than his smarts Baron doesn't really have any other special abilities.

Weapons: He can easily make weapons, especially of mass destruction. But he doesn't really keep them for his own use.

Supersuit:
Baron doesn't really have much of a supersuit. After all he doesn't do a lot of field work so there is no need for one. However with the work that he does do he constantly wears a lab coat over his corduroy suits.

Weakness: Other than his superior intelligence, Baron has every weakness of a normal human.

Backstory: Baron von Rakenstein Sr. was a heartless mad scientist carrying on a long family legacy of pushing surgical experimentation beyond the parameters of science and into the occult. The scientist concealed his residence of secret laboratories where he conducted cruel experiments based on the records of his ancestors going back as far as the Dark Ages with in the city of Gotham. With the aid of his equally merciless assistant, Igor, the mad scientist surgically created chimerical animals as his forefather did, whose creatures sparked many of the myths and legends of old. The Brotherhood of Science banished and declared the doctor mad. Baron Sr. was later referred to as "Evilstein", a name the he would later embrace. With time the mad scientist wreaked havoc with his unholy creations, so much so that he caught the attention of the Justice League namely Batman. After all most of this chaos was happening in Gotham. Thus for a long stretch of time Baron Sr. was hunted down by Batman. But before Evilstein, as he was now called, was put behind bars he had finished his last experiment. The Baron's greatest experiment was creating life. That life was his son, or rather a clone of himself. Though it wasn't as simply put as that. After all this clone was not a perfect copy of mad scientist himself. While the clone shared most of its DNA with its creator there were some strands of DNA that were derived from a less sadistic host. Unfortunately the identity of this other donor was never revealed. The clone was barely alive as his father was put behind bars, so being an infant Baron Jr. was placed in an orphanage. He was assumed to be the child of Evilstein, no one believed the mad scientist had actually cloned himself. With Baron Jr. sharing his "fathers" unfortunate name no one dared to adopt the child for fear that he was as crazy as his father. Though this was not the case, well for the most part. It was true that Baron Jr. did share many qualities with his creator, that was inevitable. But those few strands of foreign DNA created a more companionate and sane product than the creator hoped for. So Baron Jr. went on alone in the world, yet as brilliant as ever. He excelled far beyond his years and graduated high school at the young age of 10. From there he went onto college with scholarships to pay for all his need and in the matter a few short years he gained his Doctorate. Though after he was done with schooling he was left to his studies that were rather controversial and with his name sake he did not go far in his field. So he changed his name. Once he had a new name things began to look up for the young Doctor. That was up until he discovered the horrifying truth of his origin. As any orphan wonders he wanted to know who he came from and while he knew the identity of his father he didn't know who his mother was. But with the DNA test results coming back as too closely identical to his fathers there was only one logical explanation. He was a clone. This information nearly drove him insane, but he did not fall completely into the abyss of madness. Instead he redirected that energy to making up for all his fathers, wrong doings. This was what led him to join the Justice League. It wasn't easy getting in, but with a fake name and proof of worthy talent he got in as a scientist, after all that's what he was. His colleague were impressed with his brilliance at such a young age, and he proved his usefulness by designing better transportation systems for the heroes, better weapons and equipment. Currently he is working on a better security system for Watch Tower, and so far everyone is impressed with his plans.

Extra: Baron is a clone. As much as he hates to think about it, it's what he is. Everyday he looks more and more like his villain of a "father". Although there is a part of him that isn't completely like the original. That little bit of foreign DNA has kept him from falling into complete madness. Though every day Baron fears he will collapse into insanity and follow in the footsteps of his creator.

P.S. Baron does want to be good. In an unexplainable phenomenon there is a weak drive in the back of his mind that stops him from being completely like his creator. Though at times that conscience of his seems to be nonexistent. In many ways he can seem to have a very bipolar personality.
