Avery has never been...soft, in layman's terms. Growing up around 4 brothers didn't really allow you to be, especially with the rambunctious bunch Avery got herself thrown into. It was either speak or be drowned out in the white noise, and being the kind of girl that she was, Avery definitely did NOT want that to happen. So she spoke. And boy, she spoke loud and really hasn't stopped since. Legitimately, Avery could walk up to someone standing at a bus stop and begin to hold a conversation with them, she's that good. It helps that she isn't one to drown others out though, as that is a problem her brothers face on the daily. No, for as much as Avery likes to make her intentions and opinions loud and clear, she's the most willing to listen in all her family, excluding her Mother, from which she garnered such a skill. At the end of the day though, Avery is a bit of a people pleaser, as much as she hates to admit it. She just wants everyone to feel comfortable and accommodated in her presence and will tone herself down a few notches to let others shine if they want to. Has that gotten her very far in the competitive world of acting and directing and the like? No, but she's determined to make it work somehow.

Optimism is something that runs through Avery's veins just as much as a grande triple caramel shot frappe does from Starbucks, which is an ever-present sight around the girl, seeing as she loves caffeine in all of its varieties. She likes to keep busy, and with coffee and her motivation, she can do just that. Besides, if she's not up and doing something, it makes her skin crawl. Just sitting around and watching Youtube or a documentary on Netflix is made out to be research to Avery at this point, and as much as she would tell someone with such a habit to try and take a load off, she could never do it herself. Her whole family has tried to get to her to unwind every once in a while, but that just succeeds in upsetting her. She isn't very good at taking advice, especially if she thinks she's doing just fine on her own and is prone to crying if she's told off her tight-knit schedule. Like, big boohoo crying. Her Youtube channel is BabieAvie for a reason, y'know?

That crying usually sets her off into panic mode though, and with her panic disorder, that means a nice panic attack is headed straight her way. She'll disassociate from whatever she's doing in the midst of one, her breathing becoming shallow as her fear envelops her and causes her to freeze up. It's never a pleasant experience, and each one is worse than the next, but she's been working on keeping that under wraps. She goes to a therapist twice a week to try and deal with her anxiety, but for all the truth she prides herself, she couldn't bear to let this tidbit slip. Her enthusiastic nature could come off as overbearing sometimes, her blunt comments could be taken harshly, she could snap at someone without meaning to, cling to her friends and family until they were bored of her. And her Youtube family...God, what would they think?? Overthinking a situation tend to lead Avery down the road to panic, so she attempts at a level head in situations where she's compromised, but being the emotional person she is, it is rather difficult. Despite this though, Avery pushes forward. She's gotta dream, and she's gonna see that dream come to fruition however she can. Her name just had to be on the big screen someday!

Avery Grace Johnson was born to Mr. and Mrs. Carter Johnson on September 17th, their only baby girl in the midst of what was soon to be 4 boys, and their lovely little middle child that they held dear. Avery never wanted for attention as she grew though, as is stereotypical of middle children. In her eyes, it was Avery time all the time, and as a child, it was her way or the highway. It was either that or be pummeled underneath the chaos that was and still is her siblings, and that was definitely a now from Avery. Living in a small town growing up definitely had its perks though. Not only did she always have a family member in the same school as her at one time or another, but she grew up with all the children of the community, which formed tight bonds between all those Avery found to be friendly enough to be a friend. Which was nearly everyone, as Avery was always a sparkling social butterfly. Sure, her energy may have been a bit punchy for the sleepy town, but that's just what made her stand out all the more. Despite all this though, as Avery began to transition into high school and began to weigh her options for her future, she just couldn't find herself staying in Idaho. She'd been in love with film for as long as she could remember, from the first black and white silent film her Grandpoppa had popped into the projector on the back wall of his tackle shop, to the action-packed Avengers series, to sweet classics like Disney. Avery had devoured every theatre-related class her curriculum had to offer in what seemed like record time, and when she began to research in her free time, which her parents knew didn't come sparingly to their little girl, they knew that she was serious about whatever she had her mind set on. And that was to a director. To sit behind a camera and capture all the ideas that raced through her head like wildfire, capture moments she only thought to be dreams. To do that though, first, she had to gain some sort of traction. That's when Lisbeth, her best friend, suggested starting a Youtube for vlogging. Show a day in the life of Avery Johnson, and gain a following off of her personality. And off she soared. It took her a while to gain recognition in the Youtube community, and she's still quite underground at her modest 500k subscribers, but she loves every one of those subs like they were her own flesh and blood, and doesn't hesitate to remind them of that every video. It's here where she discovered the YOUTUBE SENSATION actually, as it seems he had just begun to start off as she had. She enjoyed his content, even if she was trash at video games herself, and is now proud to say that she was his official 5th subscriber. And with her interest in the YOUTUBE SENSATION blossomed her thirst for pop culture. She literally cloaked herself in it, catching herself up with all the latest drama up in Hollywood between celebrities and wishing that perhaps her name could make magazines as theirs did. Avery also admires the way that THE VIXEN seems to command attention, and is actually very much guilty of practicing impersonations of the reality star in her bathroom mirror unapologetically. She would love to able to hold a room's attention as THE VIXEN did. Oh, and THE FOREIGNER. Oh booooy. Avery hadn't even known that k - pop was a thing until she started upping her knowledge on the latest knows, and she fell in love at first listen. If anything got Avery weak at the knees, it was someone's voice, and boy did THE FOREIGNER deliver. She'd go as drastically as to say she'd give her left kidney to be able to meet him in person, and has done so many times on her Youtube channel while filming GRWMs and vlogs for her fans to enjoy.

So when she finally graduated from high school with honors, she packed her bags with her head held high and booked it for Cali. This girl had stars in her eyes and a vision to make true, and she was going to go for it with all she got.

Avery is the type of girl that can develop a crush on someone in the blink of an eye, but none of them have ever been serious, as they've usually worn off by the end of the day/week. She just hasn't found one person that can catch all her attention yet, and the one time she did the person broke it off pretty quickly.

Avery usually isn't one to make many enemies, but that's always up to change if someone can manage to irk her and get onto her bad side, which is a feat in and of itself.

Ave has got loads of friends back in Idaho, but since she's recently moved to Cali, she hasn't had enough time to develop friendships in between all her vlogging and exploration endeavors. This is always subject to change though because she loves people!!
