Backstory: Her mother ran away from the Hydra base to find Bucky after finding out she was with child. She finds him delivering a beautiful baby girl a few months later a horrible accident in the ocean as a result from her powers left her dead. Bucky refuses to find out if his daughter inherited her mother's powers, not letting her near the ocean or open bodies of water. She is completely in aware of her powers.
