Maël
Name: Maël Froid (Stick that in French Google Translate and you'll know how to pronounce it, oops.)
Age: Fairly young. Maël is barely six-seven hundred years old.
Gender: Male
Sexuality: Homosexual
Personality:
If there was one word to describe Maël, it would be mischievous. A pun-loving, exciting creature with many, many bad records; Maël, however, isn't as much of a 'bad boy' as he might appear. He isn't very innocent in the head, and often gets swatted for making jokes that are a little too dirty.
On another note, Maël was never really all that big on education. He is illiterate and has a mind as peculiar as a drawing made by a toddler. He often thinks of the things that most won't ever consider, and has actually made a plausible idea once or twice in his lifetime. He takes great pride in accomplishments like those.
He may be rather childish at times, of course. Whining, complaining about everything— it's something that every kid does. Maël is just about ten times worse. Another thing is that he is very indecisive. You either tell him to do something specific, or expect nothing at all. Just like most kids these days, most usually expect nothing to be done, and really don't ask him for much.
On that topic, Maël is extremely greedy. He won't share anything with anyone, not even a small portion of his dinner. He isn't very conscientious, either, although he will apologize when made to do so. It isn't his intention to offend his fellow fae— in reality, he wants to 'brighten up others' lives because everything he says is so irresistibly funny.' He has a rather big ego as well.
Still, Maël really is just a child at heart and mind, and should be handled as such.
(I had to make the kid character so everyone's lives will be harder. Oops.)
Role: Winter warrior
Rank: He isn't really all too up there. (Probably because he's so annoying, lmao.) I guess I will say he's somewhere around being a common fae?
Appearance:
(I tried to find a photo of someone looking rather mischievous and young. This is the best I found, along with this. ); )
He's pretty short (5'4") and has a lot of voice cracks. He can't get rid of them, the poor thing. I imagine his cheeks always being rosy, and becoming even redder when touched. Let's say his eyes are a bright, pale blue, as the color can't really be certainly determined in these photos.
Likes:
- The cold, of course.
- The bare branches of the trees.
- Playing in the snow.
- He loves tea and chocolate milk.
- He always carries this short stick around with him. If you take it away, he throws a tantrum. (Reminds me of Jayfeather, tbh.)
Dislikes:
- He hates summer and spring. He feels like they destroy the frosty beauty of winter.
- Isolation. He always has to be talking to someone. This melds into a fear as well.
- Being scolded and told off for one of his 'innocent' pranks.
Flaws:
- His whining and complaining often gets in the way of everything else.
- Without his stick, Maël can't really function properly. He becomes stiff as a board and essentially a blank slate. It's the only way he'll ever stay quiet, actually.
- He isn't all too good at using his abilities. He often messes up and freezes his heart over. Boy, is that a great time.
- Despite being such a mischievous kid, he doesn't understand sarcasm very well yet.
- Handle with care, right side up.
- His greed often causes arguments.
Skills:
- He's very talented in making snowflakes. It's the only thing he can do well, really. He loves the things.
- Glamours are nice. They hide his pranks, sometimes.
Fears:
- Losing his stick is his worst nightmare.
- Isolation. As explained earlier, he can't live without being a social butterfly.
- He has a big fear of being touched in the wrong places, although he makes dirty jokes almost all the time.
Theme Song: The Hamster Dance
History: I'll probably fill this out later.
Other: He hates carrots with a burning passion.
(My hands hurt, lmao, there are probably a few mistakes and I'm super sorry, I was rushing)
