BACKSTORY::
everleigh michaels grew up with a full house of five people, her sisters, brother and parents. she loved her family dearly and would do anything that they asked her to—to an extent. she hated chores— unfortunately, everleigh's mother passed due to untreated illness when she was thirteen. her father took over, trying to work more to stay out of the house, which resulted in becoming distant with his children. the kids all became closer, helping each other more than any siblings should.
when kilorn was drafted and then planned to run away, everleigh snuck out after him, not wanting him to get in trouble alone and then, they found farley—well, farley found them. the rest fell into messy piles behind them.
