Take the most sarcastic and unforgiving person you know - then times their personality by 10. Now you're getting close to Tara. The girl could not give a damn about your opinions or feelings - she says what she wants with little to no regard of the consequences. Her sardonic humour and the pleasure she gets out of others' misfortune makes her the perfect villain. But she's cool; Tara does things with style. She can be brutally honest and believes in her own cause, which makes her liked by the more sadistic members of society.

Tara is definitely charismatic but she has no intentions to make friends. That's not to say she doesn't have any - she is popular with certain cliques and not so much with others. Tara gets along with those who are as care-free and chill as she is. She's fine with just sitting and drinking in silence for a few hours with someone; Tara hates forced conversations. Think Rosa Diaz from Brooklyn 99 but less.. antisocial (as Riptide, she's almost as intimidating though).

Tara was born to a Swedish mother and Indian father, growing up to be a model only child. Her parents were not as great, though. They rarely had time for Tara, both either busy with their work or out being socialites. Tara was really only involved when her parents needed her to be there. Although she got used to this lifestyle, she loathed it and it was difficult for her to talk to anyone about it because Tara was known for her stoicism and coolness. She wanted to rebel against her parents but had no idea how - she still cared about her reputation as the daughter of the Jyoshis. However, as soon as she discovered/attained her power, Tara immediately knew what she wanted to do. She would rebel against her parents and in turn against society as a villain.
