Grazia can at be best described as stubborn and a realist, if she really doesn't like you, then she'll purposefully push your buttons just to spite you. She's the kind of person who would do anything to prove a point. She doesn't exactly warm up to people easily. Seeing as most people judge her for her choice in clothes, Grace finds that its easier to treat everyone equally as harshly. She's almost like a less morbid April Ludgate and a more spiteful Ron Swanson. Although it seems like she couldn't care less about what other people think of her, it affects Grazia more than she would care to admit.

Grace doesn't like to be helped, she won't ever ask for any help as an almost religious rule. She hates the idea of being dependent on anyone or being indebted to people she doesn't trust; she thinks it makes her vulnerable and that it hurts her pride. Grazia often speaks her mind without really considering the consequences. She's smart in that she's incredibly practical and sometimes doesn't really pay much attention to people's feelings, resulting her in being frank and apathetic.

It's not that she's mean on purpose, though she will be if she doesn't like you (which is usually for a good reason), it's just that she's not great at being sympathetic. Oftentimes she's unaware of how to behave around sensitive people and within sensitive situations, quite awkward and hesitant.

Usually Grazia minds her own business and doesn't really care or interfere with other people's business. She also hates being bossed around and being told what to do. So naturally, when some random stranger assumes that she'll comply without resistance, Grace is both offended and also mocks the stranger for underestimating her. She doesn't even care why they called her to some hotel, Grace just wants to see who exactly it is that thinks they can tell her what to do.
