kool cat toon who's uhh kit's brother who's also her prototype!! basically he's a lethal twisted and you can't play as him, maybe. basically his mechanics is that he's sound based, and every like sound u make attracts him, for example if you fail a skillcheck or fire a airhorn those might have larger like range to hit Leo and aggro him, I think items make sounds so the louder they are the more likely Leo will be aggroed and run to that location. He still chases you if he sees you, i'd say he has the attention span of twisted flutters too and the speed of twisted toodles. He's easy to avoid if ur careful and stuff. Anyways he's got a cool details during blackouts, his colors are inverted and he's more stationary like Tisha and he's the speed of a normal twisted, that's cause the dark calms him!! also he glows :3
