Backstory: Born in Oxfordshire as a twin, Dulcie spent most of her childhood life helping her parents and making friends at school. When she and her sister were 15, Dixie joined the young Toppat Clan and became a world famous criminal. Upset by this, Dulcie trained and joined the air force in an effort to get her sister back to the right side of the law. She's adamant she'll find her again and continues to look every day.
