Description (face claim at top): Emisha is around 5'9, and she's typically found wearing long pants and short sleeved shirts for her work with electricity. Why? Well, this is to cover up her prosthetic leg, as Emisha is a below-knee amputee.

Volunteered or Reaped: Reaped. Due to her condition, Emisha and her family assumed she was immune to getting reaped.
Opinion on Capitol: She doesn't trust anyone, but especially not the Capitol. Why would she? The accident happened because of a Capitol shipment.

Weapon of Choice and Why: Throwing daggers simply because it's nearly impossible to operate anything else without both legs..
Strengths: Good at climbing, fast swimmer, can be very quiet, decently fast considering she ain't got no leg! (I'm going to hell)
Weaknesses: So she ain't got no leg, so this causes limited mobility, pain, fear, and possible issues with the leg in the games would be nearly deadly to her.
Diseases / Conditions: Emisha and her dad were workers on a new electricity system for the Capitol. After, they were supposed to go out of the system, but Emisha's leg and her dad were both trapped in the system when it went wrong. Her dad later died due to injuries relating to electrocution and due to Emisha's lower leg essentially being paralyzed and doing nothing except causing her pain, they made the decision to amputate it.
Personality: She is quite social! She's a bit untrusting due to what happened, but when approached she can yap up a storm and get new friends quite fast. She isn't known to make people hate her for anything other than just not being strong enough.
