Personality:
Rosie is probably one of the most positive and happy people you'll ever meet. He sees good in everything and treats everybody with justice.
Because of his amnesia, he sometimes forgets logical things and people make him out for dumb or hard to deal with. He knows this, but tries to ignore it and sometimes just forgets about it, too.
Rosie is always honest, never in a rude way. He can't remember a single time in his life he got angry, which according to him would be difficult to forget.

Past:
Rosie's amnesia started showing up around the age of 6, though it wasn't as bad back then. Now, it's far worse. He lived with his parents in a cramped house in a cramped neighbourhood. Once their son got diagnosed with amnesia, his parents knew that he would never make it far in society and once his mother got pregnant with a second child, Rosie was put in an orphanage; his parents simply couldn't afford him and they did not really want him either. He grew up in the orphanage and slowly forgot all about his family and his house. He went to live on his own once he was 18 (nobody had ever adopted him) and he's actually doing pretty well in school.
