Backstory: Orphaned at a young age, Rosa's older sister, Devin took on the role as caretaker for her. Both sisters might've had a rough beginning but they had good life and relationship. Small but simple and that how it's always been for Rosa and Devin. And they're not very lonely or that lost for help since they have their Pokémon friends.

Personality: a perky and cheerful girl that loves learning new things as well as making new friends. For a girl in a small town it gets boring talking to the same people all the time. That's why Rosa's a Pokémon trainer so she can travel and see the world which is one of the reason she wanted to become one.
