Backstory Wendy found Lupin when he was cut up in an hunters trap so after freeing The Demogorgon from the trap. Wendy took the Demogorgon home to her Cabin not that far from town and cared for Demogorgon after for an few days of getting use to each other. The Demogorgon didn't want to leave so Wendy kept the Demogorgon and named it Lupin. When Wendy's siblings Wanda and Wilson found out they decided to let Wendy keep it. Since Wendy still has Lupin and keeps it safe.
