Advantages/disadvantages

Having the ability to create clones can give her the upperhand in battle but the clones can only last three minutes depending on the weather conditions. Heat causes the clones to wilt while wind can blow them away easily.

If there's no flowers present it makes her devil fruit obsolete/incapable of being used. But having more flowers doesn't make her extremely powerful either especially against an opponent stronger than her. Her devil fruit uses her own physical strength to fight. Especially when she uses petals to form a blade. Her devil fruit is better for distant attacks so she doesn't drain herself.
