Sarah is a caucasian female about 5' 6" in height. She has long, brown hair and brown eyes. She wears the standard Class D uniform.

She has a relationship with SCP-035, one that began because researchers were concerned about SCP-035 refusal to cooperate after their meeting. After being granted permission to see Sarah once a week, it was discovered that she had been cutting herself.

After many conversations between the two, they began to become inseparable, with SCP-035 even refusing to be worn by her out of fear for her safety.
